ali=other, to change, 表示“其他的，改变状态”
alien （ali+en表形容词或名词→其他地方的→外国的，外国人的）
a. 1.相异的 2.外国的 3.（常与to连用）与...相反的
例： an alien concept迥异的观念 n. 外国人，外侨
alienate（alien外国的＋ate→把别人当外国人→疏远） v. 疏远
elite n. 精英，名流
