President Bush challenged lawmakers over his Iraq troop build-up plan saying he is the decision maker. He wants his top commander to head to Baghdad immediately implementing his new strategy. It includes stepped-up economic development in addition to more troops. Five years in prison for 2 former roommates at Seton Hall University. In Washington State, a child care dispute among family members led to a grandmother getting Tasered. The child’s father did the act and landed in jail. He has been released and says he doesn’t regret it. The 79-year-old grandmother is fine but isn’t talking about the experience.
