不知道是不是在走神儿..还是在想着什么...有生以来，竟第一次闯了红灯.更要命的是，马上和相距十米之遥的警察叔叔四目相对.他那双犀利的目光向我射来...射得我这一身冷汗...真不是故意的...在他举手示意前，我满怀着负罪感逃命似的夺路狂奔..

出错往往只在一念之间...吁...很后悔开了荤..希望没有被拍到记录到什么..外面，还是那样下着火..很热.

故事大意是说,一次国王打猎途经一处,有三个泥瓦匠正在一起工作着.国王问他们在做什么,第一个人说"我在垒砖头";第二个人说"我在砌一堵墙";第三个 人说"我在建一座宏伟的寺庙". 国王回去后立即召见了第三个泥瓦匠,给了他总督的职位.国王的儿子很是不解问及缘由,国王答复说,"一个人有多成功,最终是由他做事时的态度决定的,智者 可以看到最后的结果,而不是局限于手头的任务,也只有这样,才会有克服困难的动力."

清醒的意识到自己在做什么,看似是简单的问题,其实也可以不简单.

在杂志上看到这样一个故事：

说有一支登山队，一次攀登一座冰山，那山着实是险峻，一不小心就会失足跌下冰谷.

当登到一半时，队长脚下一滑，整个人朝山下摔去.　临死前的他，本可以发出最后的悲呼，但他同时也明白，这有可能惊吓到队友，有可能出更多意外.　于是他强忍住了，就这样，悄无声息的跌了下去.

而当时，这悲状的一幕，只有一个队友亲眼目睹了.　原本，他也可以发出一声惊叫.同样，经验告诉他，他的这声惊叫不仅不能救回队长，还会惊吓到其他人.　于是他没有出声，默默流着泪继续向上.

什么是Team Work(团队合作)？

Team work(团队合作）想必大家都听过。简单讲，即几个人结成小组进行活动，分工合作一起完成某个任务。说来容易，做起来可不会这样三言两语呵

内测小组及任务设置

为了给还不清楚团队合作的朋友一个最直观的感受，一个三人组成的内测小组成立：巴黎草莓，bluetit，wyhit。
任务设置：
以新员工第一天到公司报道为场景，展开你的想象力，请自编自导一出短剧，都有什么人？又会发生什么呢？
交稿形式：请以文本的形式出稿。

活动方式

为记录小组活动的全过程，我们采用了版聊的形式。即在论坛发专贴，随时编辑自己的贴子，同时注明了发表时间，以方便组员们相互间了解时间上的先后。当然，如果借助QQ等聊天工具，甚至语音，视频，面对面，都是更为高效快捷的沟通工具。

Majorly the Company is dealing with the textile business and most of our clients are from Eroupe. I guess you may encounter problem at the very begining of the work since you are not so experienced and I would like to ask a colleage to help you to get along with the business. If you got any problem, please go ahead and ask. I am convinced that you will soon be in the role. You can come to me outright if you have any diffiencties as well.   三 种版本哈~ 都挺通顺的。只是to be on shift的用法，我的感觉是指交班，比如早中晚三班倒到了交接班的时候，I was supposed to come on shift at four o’clock. 用在新人报道场景里感觉有点不妥，所以我换成了to come on duty today,我感觉wyh的to register也挺好的。你们觉得呢？
• 巴黎草莓: 关于这个“shift”， 我有话说。 我以前和喜欢用“duty”这个词，然后有一天一位在欧洲呆了很久的先生告诉我“你为什么喜欢用duty呢，感觉你像公务员， 要不是政要？” 他说“他们通常用shift一词表示在上班， 要上班”。 具体到底有没有根据就不太清楚了－－－我这算不算狡辩？？？ 不过真有这回事情，可能语境不同吧， 还是选个保险点的好--12：38

WINDOWS有个非常低级的错误！当你尝试用9216除以96并按下=按钮时，计算器竟然没有反应!!! 而9216除以97，98却正常。



还有一个错误，当你尝试用24000除以96并按下=按钮时，计算机竟然显示出是你的名字！！！很是有趣......

《数码照片专业处理技法》作者是Scott Kelby，他描述了数码摄影大师Jim Divitale使用的一种技巧。这种技巧据说能够把数码相机图像增大到整个海报大小，而用肉眼几乎看不出图像质量的降低。是不是如此呢？大家看看吧。

 1.打开一幅图像。

2.选择“图像大小”命令，依下图设置。注意两个地方：一是要勾选“重定像素”，并把插补方法设定为“两次立方”，二是把文档大小的单位设置为百分比，并且只采用110这个百分比，这将把图像增大10%。信不信由您，当以10%的增量增大图像时，由于某种原因，似乎不会使图像变模糊和柔和。很奇怪也很有趣。

3.要把图像增大到海报大小需要很多遍，因此最好把上述操作过程定义成一个动作。每执行一次动作，图像增大10%。大概要执行这样的动作10到15遍。

4.增大后的图像。是不是如此呢？
