not really... Actually, there are two cases,
case 1: if u are going with a few ladies or some customers, then u are right that the first one has to hold the door open for all the rest and ends up the last one in the queue for food...
case 2: if u are going with some co-workers, who are very familiar with one another, then normally, the first one will hold the door open for the second one, the second one will hold the door open for the third one and so on... in this case, the first one who gets to the door is still the first one who gets his food... :)
