and institutions.

Beijing outlets last October, it saw a rapid and drastic decline in its business. The chain's waitresses found
themselves locked out of private dining-rooms by renegade puffers.

喝牛奶可减轻吸烟对人体的危害，这是因牛奶中所含的维生素A，有保护气管壁的作用，使它减少发炎。维生素A能维持上皮组织及器官黏膜的正常发育和功能。牛奶中，丰富的维生素B2是人体组织呼吸和氧化还原过程中不可缺少的物质，烟草中的焦油、苯并芘是最容易致癌的物质之一，而维生素B2能分解苯并芘化合物，缓解了烟草的毒性。牛奶中的维生素B12、维生素C对吸烟者都是有益的，所以喝奶有降低吸烟危害的作用。
