编辑 收藏We finally get together the first time after graduation, one of my rommate got married this saturday and my another two rommates arrived in Zhenjiang on friday evening.
I was so tired because i just went back from Wuxi for business trip, i'm still in struggle with this kind of work, most of my feeling i've got is just frustration,disappointmnet and worries from it, i want to do well, but i'm so poor in communication and so ineffective at work, that makes me nowhere none that drives to. when i saw them on the road after they were calling me just right getting out of the taxi, i couldn't help tearing, but i was so lucky that i held tears back and swallowed down, i knew, that moment should the happiness left there.
We 3 girls shared a bed together, which sounds a little crazy, ya ,that was. Because my roomate had sleeping talking that night. On saturday morning, i had to work and they were going to meet the bride, i didn't leave the company until 2:30, and accompanied the bride to make up to show at the night marriage ceremony. She was so gorgeous that night, attractive eyebrows, wedding clothes and with holding a small bunch of white roses.
I was walking and walking during the ceremony to accompany the bride, i was so happy even though i was so tired in my high-heels, a lot of friends attended the wedding and that could be a unforgettable time for many people there, at least the new couple and we 3 girls. We took away the bride and shared a double room that night, too. Sounds incredible, but that's true. The groom was drunk that night,and we took the bride away, haha.
The most cherishable time in the next is that we 3 girls visited Alma Mater and took hundreds of pics, which i would upload to net when i'm free. I never had a great weekend like this time after graduation, i prefer to write more, but because of work and also my bottom feelings that's hard to discribe, i just conclude my dairy here.

编辑 收藏Right after having lunch of saturday, David told me that he would be in Zhenjiang in 45 minutes, and this would the first meeting after his coming back from Cananda.
He is a very kind and knowledgable person really, i show high respect for him because he's so patient and is willing to teach me the things that i don't, and this time he's gonna give me a little gift which is about a hand-made pendant, and he shown it to me through internet once, that's really a gorgeous pendent,even though it's made of silver as well as sth like the crystal was imbedded in the middle, which is shinning under the sun or light. I like it pretty much.
Then i treated him for the coffee and the waffles in the Old Tree Coffe shop, which is the place i like to go for pizzas, but it can't say that life in such places is luxious or expensive, so i just go to there once a month possibly.
I learnt that he's gonna teach in the Nanjing university, most of the students are the ones gonna have abroad study in the next year, and that sounds good teaching in there, cause he's gonna have more friends or accompanies who are from foreign countries, at least it's easy to communicate.
After that ,i met Evening and accompanies her to have the hair healthcare, and went shopping. At last we went apart , also, i went back to office to get back to my work. Because it's the daytime in the US. when it's night in China, this weekend is the critical period for this project which is at the point of going live ERP on my foreign client's side. So we had to work together to get everything well prepared and scheduled. Fortunately, we seeked the common ground untill 2 AM after different opinions met at the beginning regarding some important issues.
Today, i got up untill 9AM and washed a lot, this is what i'm used to do realy, haha. After having lunch in the dining room, i borrowed LK's bicycle and rided with my roomate to my Alma Mater, we had the shopping spree and had the delicious food there, the most important we bought some books which i'd like to read and learn, they're all about the managment, accounting and customs,etc. It's really never old to learn, i need to figure out the schedule to finishing reading those books, that's great.
And i'm now looking for some material i need to use next week...
There're still so much that i need to learn by myself.

在成为博客族这么久以来,突然感觉到每次悠闲逛网的时候,就是先进入自己的博客看看写写,结果磨蹭一下时间就不知不觉过去了...
以后我要慢慢改掉这个习惯了,毕竟网络有效资源太多了,我要摆脱这种造成视野被局限的处境...
今天看到一句精典的话:所有的读书人并非全部都能成为领袖,但领袖必定是读书人,'万般皆下品,唯有读书高'的理念已不适用于这个年代,但读书是永远不会过时的一种习惯. 我要好好安排一下我的人生读书计划了.
明确目标,积极向上,创造存在价值,争取有意义的人生!

Today i watched the movie called Becoming Jane, which is really an extraordinary film. I was moved completely and really teared for the relationship between Jane and Tom, and i also learnt that rich doesn't really mean anything when the you're rejoicing from what really means to you. Even though they could make it and stayed together, the actress's persistence is reallly appreciating and maybe i'd take that choice if i were encounting the same situation.
And i watched film Love Actually the day before yesterday, it's also a blockbuster in my view, i gain a lot about love from that movie really. The greatest thing in the world is LOVE.
What would happen if the love is not in existence in this world? It's hard to imagine.

编辑 收藏I always take actions when i feel like doing sth, just as i bought the swimming suits last weekend. When shopping in the store, i suddenly got a thought of buy the swimming suits even though i never had a chance to go down the swimming pool and swim.
So what confuses me after buying the swimming suits is what can i do then, it seems no coach to teach me and no company can go swimming with me. But i really want to learn, cause i can lose weight in that way, haha...
I hope i can find a coach to teach me soon.

优势：技术好，没坏心，乐观。
劣势：有点懒，自傲，责任心与意志力指数一般。
其所谓“恰当的活法”，即早日退休。自称懒得跳糟，却每遇猎头怂勇，对好职位的标准心生疑惑。
要早点退休， 没有办法，除非早日获得财务自由。说来说去，还是个钱字。获得钱的路子很多，要佥的多赚点钱，谋个好职位、打份好工是条路子。
怎么才能谋个好职位呢？首先，得搞明白什么样的职位算是个好职位；然后，你得让自己有足够的资格去谋取那个职位。
一、关于什么样的职位算好职位。
1． 你得找一家好公司。
什么是好公司？
1） 产品附加值高，生意好，并且从其业务线看，具备持续发展的能力和前景。
2） 有专业的/聪明能干的/经验丰富的/并且为人现实的管理层，在把近控着公司，并且有保证一贯这样用人的制度的公司；
3） 有严格的财务制度，对预算、费用和利润等与投入产出有关的内容，敏感并且具有强控制力的公司；
4） 崇尚客户导向/市场导向/结果导向/执行力的公司；
5） 有专业严谨全面的流程和制度，并且其执行有利于推动业务的良性发展，具有控制性和实操作性兼备的特点；
--总结起来，就是一家具备持续赢利能力的牛B的公司。
2．你得找一个好的方向
什么是好的方向？永远不要远离核心业务线，你得看明白，在企业中，哪个环节是实现利润最大化的关键环节。有时候是销售环节，有时候是市场策划环节，有时候是生产环节，视乎你所在的各行业而不同。
最重要的环节，总是最贵的，最牛的，最得到重视的，也是最有发展前途的部门。它拥有最多的资源和最大的权威—你应该依附在这样的核心业务线上发展，至少能避免被边缘化，而成为关键为才的可能性则更大了。
2． 你得跟一个好老板。
好老板的标准很多，比如他愿意教你，对你很和蔼，不限制你， 给你加工资大方等。
但是，要想来有个好前程，关键是是，你要设法跟上一个在公司处于强势地位的老板。他强，你才能跟着上。跟了一个弱势的老板，你的前程就很容易被跟随着给耽搁了。
二、关于具备谋取好位置的资格
要具备怎么样的资格呢？一般情况下，你得是用人部门眼里的优秀者。
怎么样才算优秀呢？
1． 对上级
1） 你要知道与他建立一致性，他觉得重要的事情，你就觉得重要，他认为紧急的事情你也认为紧急，你得和他劲往一处使---通常情况下，你的表现和能力好还是不好，主要是你的直接主管说了算的；
2） 你得具备从上级那里获得支持和资源的能力----别你干得半死，你的老板还对你爱搭不理的，那你就不具备本条的能力。
2． 对下级
1） 要能明确有效的设置正确的工作台目标，使其符合SMART原则。
2） 要能有效地管理团队内部冲突。
3） 要能公平合理地控制分配团队资源。
4） 要有愿望和能力发展指导下属，并恰当授权。
5） 恰当的赞扬鼓励认可团队成员。
6） 尊重不同想法，分享知识经验和信息，建立信任的氛
3． 对内、外部客户
1） 愿意提供协助和增值服务（不然要你干嘛）
2） 善意聆听并了解需求（搞明白人家需要的到底是啥）
3） 可靠的提供产品和服务，及时跟进（千万注意及时）
4） 了解组织架构并具有影响力。及早地建立并维护关键的关系，使这样的关系有利于你达成业绩（专业而明智的选择）
比如你想取得一个内部职位，你找了一个关键的人物A，可是你也别忽略购买决定环节上的一个人物B，没准B和A是死敌，本来B会同意给你下订单的，就因为A同意给你单子，B就是不同意给你单子。
4． 对本岗任务
1） 清楚自己的定位和职责—别搞活经济不清楚自己是谁，什么是自己的活，知道什么该报告，什么要自己独立做决定。
2） 结果导向---设立高目标，信守承诺，承担责任，注重质量、速度和期限，争取主动，无需督促；
3） 清晰的制定业务计划并有效实施。
4） 学习能力-----愿意学，坚持学，及时了解行业趋势/竞争善和技术更新，并学以致用。
5） 承受压力的能力---严峻的工作条件下，能坚忍不，想办法获取资源，支持和信息，努力以实现甚至超载目标。
6） 适应的能力---如适应多项要求并存，优先级交换以及情况不明等工作条件，及时调整自己的行为和风格适应不同个人及团队的需要（工作重心会变化，老板会换人，客人也会变，别和他们说‘我过去如何如何‘，多去了解对方的风格）
早日实现退休理想------你需要眼光和资格。共勉2007。

一个人优闲的度过了这个周未...
周六12:30,下班时间到了,该走了走了,忙着收拾的也有,还有我这个工作快完成的也在赶...
一个人享用午餐,食堂师傅的菜做的真的吃不厌唉,因为从最高层到最低层的领导、员工都在这间食堂吃饭，每天去买饭的时候，都可以看到大家微笑的脸庞，偶尔的也会排起队，打着招呼。其实排队是每天都会出现，只是我通常去的很晚，排队的现象对我来说还是少见的。
吃完午饭，小憩了一下，躺着看看电视剧。。。爱情剧只是随意的看看了，因为不像学生时代，可以每天守着放那部连续剧的时刻，很多人不喜欢看连续剧，因为守的时间太长了，而我却喜欢，对我来说，用一部电影来说明一段故事让我感动的不会有那么深，不过喜剧还是电影有效果啦。电视剧放完，就有一大断的护肤产品广告，星空这个频道不错，但我更喜欢凤凰台，就连它的广告都拍的那么有品味，就像轩尼诗的广告一样那么百看不厌，让人有一种追求的感觉。
每周未都有很多衣服要洗，不像男生宿舍那边有洗衣机，我只能手洗。不过，一种习惯养成了，也就无所谓了，洗衣服也是一件很幸福的事啊~~，因为每天晚上工作回来Shower 之后就直接躺下了，享受一下咯，衣服自然摆在一边了。所以我要去买很多衣服，周未也要洗很多衣服。。。
今年镇江的天气让我很Annoying，一到周未就开始Rainning。最近两周就是，今天天气预报有暴雨，不过至少现在还没下。发个短信问下出差的室友今天是否回来---竟然不回了。。。本打算去附近的居民区买点小菜，两个人回来喝点酒，小小Entertaining一下的。算了，那就习惯一个人吧，还是得去走下，Blow money一下，哈哈。买了点熟菜，鸡蛋，面条调料，字母饼干，。。。回到宿舍，已经6：30左右了，开工了，煎了个鸡蛋，不知道这个小锅为什么这么奇怪：第一个煎的蛋总是不成形的，但第二煎的就会很完整。每天吃食堂的菜，一到周未就想换点花样了，如果在宿舍只能Noodles咯！买了包牛肉味调料，把面煮好了，香。。。take a shower and then enjoy my dinner...边享受自己的手艺边看着星空的<冒险王》节目，今天不是明道主持了，好像是叫亮哲来着的，这期节目游玩的美国蒙大拿州，介绍了那边的人文风情还有一个称为鬼城的地方（原来是一个矿区，曾经大约有5000人在此探矿过，但现在区住人口只有90人左右），很多破烂的建筑物，但周围的空气让人就觉得很清新，好看的花儿，群饶的鸟儿，碧绿的蓝天，清澈的湖水。。。好美哦，一眼过去好广阔，好想去那边生活，不像城市里的这么喧嚣...不过，我得先把面吃完．．
吃完面，好好的打扫下房间，拖的干干净净，再躺下来听下ＭＰ３的几首钢琴曲，english songs,最近半年听的大部分都是English version的，不知道为什么，就是喜欢吧．．．就是没有台音响或ＰＣ，可以将音量再调高一点，有点厌烦了耳塞．还有床边小桌上的English Magazine和Digest好久都没碰过了，我喜欢买English magazine/newspaper,所以青年文摘都是室友的，拿来一本没看完的Crazy english,边读边看起来．．．
看久了眼睛就有点累，今天晚上的电影＜想飞＞好像很好看，英文名是＜Princess D>,让我觉李心洁真的看起来像个网络人物，看完之后，还是觉得不是很喜欢吴颜祖和陈冠希．不过电影里面那段网络游戏制作真的很不错，很美的画面．
一天就这样以进入梦乡结束了．．．
现在是周未的下午，就这样写下了我平凡的一天。虽然外面下着大雨，耳边的音乐仍然是那么的动听，幸福的感觉就是这么简单。

5 The old, please don't be desperate for the death of your younger's, we all have the same feeling of yours', please just take care of yourselves, which is the most anticipated of the death.
Don't cry, wipe away your tears, the people in the world are still on your side and go through all the sadness together, i believe, everything will be fine with our efforts!

So .... what does your sleeping position actually say about you ?Professor Chris Idzikowski, director of the UK Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service analysed six common sleeping positions - and found that each is linked to a particular personality type.
What your sleeping position says about you ...
Foetus
Those who curl up in the foetus position are described as tough on the outside but sensitive at heart. They may be shy when they first meet somebody, but soon relax. This is the most common sleeping position, adopted by 41% of the 1,000 people who took part in the survey. More than twice as many women as men tend to adopt this position.
Log
Lying on your side with both arms down by your side. These sleepers are easy going, social people who like being part of the in-crowd, and who are trusting of strangers. However, they may be gullible.
Yearner
People who sleep on their side with both arms out in front are said to have an open nature, but can be suspicious, cynical. They are slow to make up their minds, but once they have taken a decision, they are unlikely ever to change it.
Soldier
Lying on your back with both arms pinned to your sides. People who sleep in this position are generally quiet and reserved. They don't like a fuss, but set themselves and others high standards.
Freefall
Lying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often gregarious and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don't like criticism, or extreme situations.
Starfish
Lying on your back with both arms up around the pillow. These sleepers make good friends because they are always ready to listen to others, and offer help when needed. They generally don't like to be the centre of attention.
The remainder of those in the poll said the position they fell asleep varied or did not know.
Professor Idzikowski also examined the effect of various sleeping positions on health. He concluded that the freefall position was good for digestion, while the starfish and soldier positions were more likely to lead to snoring and a bad night's sleep.
Professor Idzikowski said "Lying down flat means that stomach contents can more readily be worked back up into the mouth, while those who lie on their back may end up snoring and breathing less well during the night. "Both these postures may not necessarily awaken the sleeper but could cause a less refreshing night's sleep."
The research also found that most people are unlikely to change their sleeping position. Just 5% said they sleep in a different position every night.

睡觉时侧躺，并且两只胳膊放在身体前面的人，据说天性开朗，但是比较多疑，并有一点愤世嫉俗。他们作出一个决定前会反复权衡，但是一旦下定决心就不会再改变。
士兵式睡姿
脸朝天平躺着，胳膊放在身体的两边。采用这种睡姿的人，一般比较安静和保守。他们不喜欢大呼小叫，但是对自己和别人都要求很高。
俯卧式睡姿
面朝下趴着，手放在枕头周围，而你的脸转向一侧。采用这种睡姿的人，往往喜欢社交又有些傲慢，但是事实上，他们内心可能有些神经质，脸皮很薄。他们不喜欢被人批评，自我保护意识强。
海星式睡姿
平躺着，但是手臂绕着枕头旁边。采用这种睡姿的人愿意倾听他人的声音并在别人需要时伸出援手，因此容易交到知心的朋友。他们总体上不喜欢成为众人瞩目的焦点。
剩下的被调查对象中，有的称他们的睡姿总是在不停地变化，有的连自己也不清楚自己睡觉的时候是什么样子。
Idzikowski教授同时研究了每种睡姿对健康造成的影响。俯卧式睡姿不利于消化，而海星式和士兵式睡姿更可能导致打鼾并降低睡眠质量。
Idzikowski教授认为“趴着睡会导致你胃里的东西容易反上来，而那些仰天睡的人则可能出现打鼾，呼吸不顺畅等现象。”这两种睡姿都不一定会使入睡的人醒过来，但是却可能使休息的效果大打折扣。
调查还发现大多数人都不太会改变睡眠的姿势。只有5%的人说他们每晚睡觉的姿势都不一样。
