President Bush says (his) the trip to Africa was the most exhilarating of his presidency, because America is (hoping) helping a new generation of African leaders change(d) the continent.

       “(There were) They are reformers who are determined to steer their nations toward(s) freedom and justices, prosperity (in) and peace.”

       Mr. Bush reviewed the highlights of (t)his trip with a (slight) slide show (add) at an African American foundation, committed (the health) to self-help, social responsibility, economic empowerment and human rights on the continent.

       The president told the Leno (surveillance) Sullivan foundation that Americans should feel proud of the work they are doing to encourage what he says is a new spirit of African confidence, determination and strength.

       “This is (expense) a spirit worthy of America’s (n) support. It is more powerful than any (parties’) partisan quarrels here in our nation’s capital and having given (a) our word, we must not turn back now. Congress needs to make America’s(n) (committed) commitment clear(ly) by (fairly) fully and (probably founding a) promptly funding our development programs and presidential candidates in both parties should make clear that engagement with Africa(n) will be an enduring priority of the United States.”
