<p>　　1、利用已成交者最高成交的成交单(订单或交贷单)来诱导客户并让客户知道，一样的产品他买的价格比别人低。这是一种比较简单的做法。也是对一般客户常用的方法，但对顽固的客户此方法就不能使用。</p>
<p>　　2、与客户谈判当中，由你的同事(此时你同事办演的角色就是另外一个客户)以电话联系，进行较高的价格报价并当场说明交贷日期，此报价务必要比你对该客户的报价还高让客户感觉到他确实买到比别人低的价格。</p>
<p>　　3、先准备一张&#8220;假&#8221;的&#8220;成本&#8221;价格表，在与客户谈判当中，利用机会找借口离开谈判现场(上厕所、接电话)，然后把价格表放在现场(想办法让客户知道这是一张成本价格表)，这时客户一定会趁你不在的时候来偷看此价格表，所以你要把这张&#8220;假&#8221;的&#8220;成本&#8221;价格表里的成本与你的售价接近，不能相差太远。根据心理学实验报告指出在这种状况下会偷看价格表的比例高达92%。这种方法是针对较大成交量的生意谈判时所运用的也是最有效的方式之一。</p>

<p>　　一般来说，国际货运业务的大部分操作都由货代企业完成，广大货主企业，尤其是开展进出口业务时间不长的生产企业，对运价环节的把握并不完全确定，造成了在核算运输成本时缺乏决策依据。据介绍，海运运价包括几部分，以上海港为例，出口集装箱整箱运价中就包括海运基本运价(指船公司对外公布的运价)、BAF(燃油附加费)、SPS(上海港口附加费)、PSS(旺季附加费)、GRI(一般性涨价)。其中，海运基本运价船公司各不相同，但对于货主来说，如果为你提供货运服务的货代，与某一船公司签订有协议运价，甚至有的因为货量大有箱扣等优惠政策，则货代可以提供的某一船公司的运价可能远远低于船公司自身公布的运价。BAF、SPS一般差别不大，而PSS、GRI则跟整个货运量及市场环境有关，不确定因素很多，但有些货代企业与某一船公司签有关于这一方面的特殊条款，往往也能享受到非常优惠的政策。</p>
<p>　　根据海运运价的组成，业内人士提醒货主，咨询运价时应注意：</p>
<p>　　1.某一航线可能有几家船公司经营，在选择合适船期的船公司后，要注意为你提供货运服务的货代企业是否与这家船公司签有协议运价，如有你便可以享受到比较低的运价；</p>
<p>　　2.如果你有较稳定的长期货量，可以直接与船公司签定一个协议运价，由船公司指定它的代理为你提供货运服务；</p>
<p>　　3.PSS、GRI这两部分费用，如果你的运输计划正确性比较高，可以通过与船公司或货代的协商，达成一定程度的减免；</p>
<p>　　4.美国线的货物，关于海运基本运价部分，一部分船东以采取FAK运价(所有货种同费率)方式，一部分船东则采取根据货物品名分级的费率方式，忽视这一点，货主询价的结果可能与实际运输的运价相差很大。&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
