    As we all know,honest plays an important role in market.Without it the market can't run orderly even stop running.Having honest,consumers can get what goods they really want;having honest, manufacturers sell out their goods and get the money which they persuit all the time;having honest, economy runs well in the field of market.

ADS Do More Harm Than Good

   Though everything has two sides,ADS do do more harm than good.
   As we know,most ADS are overstated.The information of the goods is not true.Some even tell the opposite thing.It misleads us and it's a waste of money.We are often disturbed by the same and dusty ADS when we are watching the excellent programs on TV.It's really a waste of time.
   And more serious,some fake ADS did harm to people.For example,the milk for infants caused the 'big head infants'before.Most infants died guiltlessly in the event.And a scientific survey said what AD
S told us that milk is good for infants' growth was wrong.Oppositely,it's harmful.
   Another case,as we all know,the ADs told us was that we could lose weight in a short period cheaply and most important was that it's in a healthy way.But what the truth told us was that it did nothing help and worsely it did harm to oueselves by buying the products.
   There are more cases to tell us that ADS do more harm than good,but i think we have already known that it's ADS do more harm than good.

This morning,when i was ten foots far from the office door,i heard the loud laughter and singing came from my office.It was like a flower comes out.I knew that all staffs were very happy.When i came in,they cheered and came toword me like a strong surge.I felt i was not in my office but in the KTV bar.It was rather heated that sometimes i felt i was in a pan which heated above the stove.Beyond my awareness,they had standed beside me.I looked at them.They all looked like a child who just have gotten a candy from theirparents.I knew it was the big success in our work that made them so happy.As a manager in this company,seeing them so happy just like a child,I felt a wall of sweet flow into my heart.
How time flies! Ending a day's happy work,i came home.Before i opened the door by key,my husband had opened it for me.I felt strange that he came back so early then i knew that he came back from the cpmpany so early just for celebrting my big achievement in my work.It was so warm for me.I came in and then heard the most sweet voice in the world.My daughter and son smiled with their lovely looks and big and bright eyes and held my hands by their little cute hands.I kissed them and then they went to play with their father.When i was changing my clothes,i heard the cute voice,"Dad,why i;m so little and don't look like mom?" I felt very happy.It was so cute and childlike.I was so satisfied with what God gaves me.

I was a shy girl before and didn't like chatting with others,so only my good friends left deep impression on me.In other words,i didn't have special impression on other people,especially boys.However,he came to my sight and then came into my mind.The first time i saw him was that he came to sit in my side and asked me," Mind i sitting here?"From what he said i knew he was a polite and smart person.And i still remembered that when i first came to the platform in my class to sing for others,i felt nervous and then my eyes met with his.He smiled and showed me his approval.Indeed,he left me a good impression.
He was not very handsome and not very tall.He was medium.His eyes were not very big but were brilliant.When he smiled,the eyes became smaller but still poured out the energy and sunshine.It was charming indeed.And he had a not thick lip and his teeth grew tidely and were spotless.And his face was not very long and round.His hair was curl and i think his hairstyle was a little cute.From his dress,i knew he was not fashionable,but his dress was fit for him.He always gave others the feeling that he was a good leader.Indeed,I knew he was a good leader.He was our monitor and managed our class well both in study and activities.He was considerate and a little cuuning.Sometimes he was sentimental.He always gave off his charm though he was not very handsome.

I felt depressed when i first came to my dorm.In my mind,the dorm was too narrow and dirty.There were two bunk-bed and three desks ,but it was too much for the only 15 square meters.I felt distressed when i thought that i must live in such a bad room for years,but now i'm accustomed to it and think ,"God is good for us."I like it!I like the narrow room,the two bunk-bed arranged compactly.It's conveninet for us to improve our friendship.And I like the big window beside my bed.It brings fresh air,cool wind and sunshine for me.And i also lke the fan and the lamp hanged on the center of the floor.And l think it's fortune that there are two doors in my room.Not only does it make my dorm look bigger but also make my heart brighter.
I think all of my roommates are outgoing and some of them sing and laugh loudly,and other lazy girls often eat dinner in the dorm.So if you visit my dorm,you will hear the beautiful music,the loud laughter and smell the delicious dish.But after the busy hours,my dorm will return to the clean and bright one.If you comes at this time,you will feel very comfortable just like the feeling that home gives you.I love my dorm.Though it's narrow,it brings me a lot of happiness.

   Those people who believe in Islamism make green as their luck.Green is their favorite colour.And in their country,it's impolite to present gifts to their friends'wives and for admiring idol is avoided,you should not choosesculptures,dolls,paintings as gifts.
    It's strange that in Moslem people dislike pandas for they think panda lookes like pigs.
    Most of us like Korean TV shows and movies these years ,but do you know that Korean national self-respect is very strong,They like products made in their own country and for being invaded by Japanese,they dislike buying Japanese goods.We must know that Japanese are particular about gifts'package and like odd number,but they don't like the number 9 which is popular in China because the pronuciation of 9 in Japan is like what we pronunce bitter in China.
    And in France,Russia and England,the number 13is the unlucky number.
    In France,cock is their national bird because they think it's the representation of courge while peaock,crane and elepant are the representation of bad luck.And chrysanthemum,cuckoo,peony,yellow flowers and paper flowers are thought the unpopular gifts.
    Do you know Robin is the national bird in England and bulbul is the American national bird.In America,the favorite colours are white,yellow and blue.And the gifts which printed with factory's name won't be accepted.

Love is Far More Important than Money

    I feel very sorry about the current situations that most of us put money to the first place rather than friendship,love and other things.Though without money nothing can be done,I still insist that love is all that matters.
    As experience told us,love is a strange feeling.It's not the matter that you want to love someone that you can fall in love with him/her,neither do you hate someone that you will not fall in love with him/her.What's more? We may get the things that we interested in after hard working,but we would never get the true love from the one who don't't love you.So in this case,love is more previous than money.
    And many cases have showed that most millionaires didn't have a happy life for lacking of true love.These cases told us that money is not everything.And also many moving stories told us that love can creat miracles.Owing true love,we can make money with your lover;owing true love,we can live happily and healthy ;owing true love, we feel nothing is impossible.
   As we all know,we have only one chance to live in the world per person.We bear without anything and die without anything either.The only thing we take is our feelings,our love.So our wealth is true love,and nothing can buy it more than of money.
   For these reasons,I think when i am making a decision between love and money,i'll let love come first.

      It's no doubt that smoking is harmful to people's health.A scientific survey has showed for us.
      For children,smoking is the barrier to children's healthy growth. The survey told us that the children who lived in a smofog would memory thigns harder and easier to lose sight than those in a non-smoking family.What's more,the children would be easy to be bored with food and to get asthma.As we all know, teenagers are the future of the country.If they're in a bad condition,how can they develop our country.
      As for women and men,it's worse.Women,living in a smoking atmosphere often,is possible to be unpregnant.And those who were pregnant,living in smoking area,will be dangerous.The fetus would be damaged so serious that it becomes oafish.What about men?The survey shouwed that most of the male smokers didn't have a good quality both in their daily and sexual life.
      The most serious is that smoking leads to the death.Evil tumor,blood vessel of brain disease,breathe disease,osteoporosis rarefaction of bone are the main killer of human health which are all connected to smoking as the survey showed us .It also told us about 0.3 million people died for having been smoking every year.It's estimated the number will increase to 1 million in 2025.It's really terrible.
       As we konw,smoking also lead to air pollution.It have so many harmful things to our human being. We should keep far away from it.

    为了提高人们对睡眠与健康的认识，以及对失眠症进行治疗的认知，国际精神卫生和神经科学基金会主持制定了全球睡眠和健康计划。日前在北京召开的相关会议上，我国神经内科专家提请人们关注睡眠与健康的密切关系。

    据悉，成人中约有30％出现睡眠障碍，其中三成情况严重。失眠严重妨碍人们的健康，中华医学会科学院神经科学委员会副主任委员李舜伟教授介绍道，有的人连续多天（约11天）失眠后，便会出现情绪障碍、精神运动性激惹、听觉和视觉障碍、思维紊乱等。严重失眠患者非常痛苦，在北京一所著名的艺术机构，就有两人因失眠长期服用安眠药成瘾，后来却因得不到此种药，在抑郁症的折磨下自杀了；某医院有三名教授安眠药成瘾后不得不到医院戒断。

    失眠症是常见病，在工业化国家中有10％以上的病人反复受到这种疾病的折磨。由于失眠症发病率高，消耗的医疗费用巨大，所以失眠症是主要的公共卫生疾病。长期失眠对人的行动和表现有相当的危害，会导致注意力不集中、工业损伤和车祸。50％的车祸事件中，失眠症是危险因素之一。失眠对病人的家庭生活和工作及其生活质量都有不良影响。

     李舜伟指出，现时治疗失眠的药大致分三种：成瘾性、长效、短效。他认为，成瘾性的与长效的均对健康有隐患。短效者即药物的半衰期在5小时以内，服药后药物5小时内便排出体外，翌日早晨病人醒后处于清醒状态的，是理想的促进睡眠的药物。但任何安眠药连续服用均不能超过4周。

    多位一直致力于睡眠机制以及失眠病病理生理研究的睡眠问题专家提出了改善睡眠的方案，包括在欧洲、美国和日本都推行了唑吡坦 “ 按需 ” 治疗方案。临床证实：在医疗监督条件下，非连续性使用此方案安全有效，是对失眠症疾病患者很有吸引力的治疗方案。

    为了引起人们对睡眠与健康的关注，世界卫生组织将每年的3月21日定为“世界睡眠日”，因为这天是春季的第一天，季节变换的周期性，睡眠的昼夜交替规律都与我们日常生活息息相关，此项活动的重点是引起全民对睡眠质量和睡眠重要性的关注

Answers:
(1)I like all kinds of movies if they are very interesting and meaningful indeed.But actually I'll pay more attention to horror movies.I think it's because of my character.I do not like the other girls in certain aspect.I like doing something exciting things which other girls doesn't dare to do.And the other reason is that when i was watching the horror movies i felt very happy.
(2)Though most of the movies i have seen are very good i like Titanic most.Because the scene in the movie is that spectacular and it expresses a moving love story for us.The scene that when all people floated on the chilliy sea water,Jack(the actor)asked the actress to live along and himself were under the cold water is really touch me.
(3)No, i don't think so.As for me, liking all the good movies,then how to judge me.
(4)I like Zhouxingchi and Linqingxia best because they bringed a lot of happiness to me when i was in my childhood.
(5) I'm sorry for never rented DVDs or VCDs before.

     As the fast pace in modern society,the pressure become an unavoidable part of university students' everyday life.
      In my opinion,there're three reasons that lead to the pressure on university students.The first one is that they have much homework to do in a limited day,that is ,they must review the book before class and preview the book and finish the work after class.Secondly,competition for hunting jobs after graduating brings about greater pressure to undergraduating students.In order to get a good job,they must master the professional knowlege well as well as develop their personal capabilities.As we know,it's not easy to make all the things round well at the same time .And the last one,uncertainty about the future gives them more pressure.

       Life is like a beautiful picture and the details in our daily life is the compotents of the picture.Any part even only a small part's change wil change the whole picture.So i will take every detail in my life serious to make not only my college life but also the future life more brilliant and happier.
       Now, study first! I'll study harder than before to make my dreams,getting the scholarship,passing the CET-4examination,passing the TEM-4 examination come true.Thus, I won't feel guity of my parents and myself ,and live happily.
       And i think doing what you like doing is the happiest thing in the world.So i plan to comfort myself by singing and dancing in my amateur time.Moreover,if i have more time to do other things .I'll travel to other places to open my eyes,or i'll look for a part-time job to make myself experienced and improve myself in certain aspect.As for me ,to be a rich girl in mental is a happy thing.
      As we know, friends who share joy and sorrow with us play an important role in our lives.I'll make more friends as possible as i can to live happily for the friends will guide me whatever situation i'm in .When i lose in the happines, i can share with them ,and then expand my happiness.

Power of Music

My musical background is basic_____four years of piano from 8--12years,self-taught guitar and little knowledge from singing lessons over the years.Love for and experience in musical theater was a major passion during my teens .When i was growing up ,there was always music on the stereo.Ｍy parents shared a deep appreciation for the Broadway musials,Gilbert and Sullivan and classical music .I too came to love these forms.Unfortunately, a lot of the music died after my mother passed away wen i was 12.It was then that i started to shut down emotionally and musically.On the surface ,people might not have noticed, but bubbling deep within was a great sadnss.
So when i started crying at my first David Darlign workshop (Musicianship and Leadership Program) it was no wander .The dam had to be broken and the tears had to flow.If they hadn't,i would still be in the same place .The tears have quieted and the pain has been releasd.Music is a great tool for recovery and growth.At first recient to share my inner core, there is no stopping me now after many years of working with this magic.Ihonor the courage and willingness it takes to participate in such a potentially revealing and empowering process. Bless David's willingness to be all that he is .He has touched so many people encouraging them all the while to let their own light shine .Well, my light is shining never to be dimmed .
