7月12日下午法国教育协作署驻中国E-dufrance的负责人兰枫女士（Mrs.FrancoiseLa-fon）来到了《今日北京》“留学聊天室”，耐心细致地回答了网友们提出的留学法国的各个方面的问题。
■法国英语授课的专业多吗？
网友：作为英语专业的学生，为什么要把法国作为自己出国留学的目的地呢？
兰枫女士：对于英语语言和文学专业的学生，他们也想学习另外一门欧洲国家的语言，以便今后可以在法国公司或者在中国公司与法国同事工作，那么到法国留学就会给予他们这样的机会。在离开中国之前，学生有必要学习一下法语，因为在法国，有的课程是用法语教授的。英语专业毕业的学生同样需要与经济学和商业学有关的专业上的学分，以便被顺利录取进入研究生一年级，开始为期四年的研究生学位学习。否则，只能被录取进入本科三年级开始学习。
我要向大家推荐“应用外语”的专业课程，它把英语、中文和法语的语言学习同经济学/商业学的学习结合了起来，以下学校设有这项专业：阿图瓦大学（Universitéd'Artois）、波尔多大学（UniversitéMicheldeMontaigneinBor-deaux）、马赛大学（UniversitédeProvenceinMarseille）、拉罗谢尔大学（UniversitédeLaRochelle）、蒙比利埃三大（UniversitédeMontpellier3）以及里昂三大（UniversitédeLyon3）。
另外，学生也可以通过以下网址浏览在法国用英语教授的全部课程的目录：http://www.edufrance.fr/en/catalog_en。
网友：我听说，如果不会说法语，在法国的生活会很困难。我不会说法语，能不能到法国学习呢？
兰枫女士：法语是法国的官方语言，正如普通话是中国的官方语言一样。不过，即使你到法国学习英语教授的课程，学习一些法语对你的学习生活也是有好处的。你每一天的生活都会需要法语，比如交朋友和更好地理解和欣赏法国的文化。
■签证的发放有何要求？
网友：签证官在发放签证的时候一般都关注哪些方面？
兰枫女士：签证政策旨在为具有中国国籍、真诚可信的申请学生发放签证。同时，他们还要具有良好的语言水平（英语或法语），以及在法国被社会承认的学院所发放的高等教育课程录取通知书。另外，学生也需要有住宿声明。经济证明也是要求之一，大概需要六万到七万元人民币。
■申请学校、课程有何注意事项？
网友：您是否可以列举一下申请法国学校的大概程序是怎样的？
兰枫女士：我建议你首先应该浏览一下法国大学的网站，看看每一个学院的具体要求是怎样的以及申请的时间底限。除了申请一年级的课程以及建筑专业的课程以外（时间底限是前一年的十二月三十日），其他课程的底限要求极为不同。大多数学院的要求有：证书复印件、所有理论学术资格的翻译版本、个人陈述、推荐信、个人简历以及语言水平测试结果。除此以外，你还需要填写所申请学院的申请表格。
网友：您能否推荐几所在设计方面，尤其在建筑设计上不错的学校？
兰枫女士：在法国，有一个十五个学校组成的建筑学校合作网络。这个合作网络是国家设立的，同时也可以为学生颁发DPLG(Diplomeparlegouvernement)资格证书。这个证书是在法国唯一授权建筑师工作的证书。这十五所学校同时也设有研究生课程。想要被这些学校录取，对于法语的要求是非常高的。学生需要参加法国大使馆每年在二月份进行的DALF（DiplomeA-vancédelanguefran?aise）法国语言高级文凭的测试。申请语言考试时间底限是每年的十二月份。如果你可以进入其他的建筑学校学习，也可以得到这样的资格证书。
网友：作为一名准备明年自费到法国留学的学生，我有三个问题1.我是成人教育学院毕业的，法国的学校是否承认这种学历？2.在学校期间，我的学习成绩不太理想，有几门课的成绩很差。这会影响我申请学校吗？3.我没有学士学位，可以直接申请硕士学位课程吗？
兰枫女士：法国是承认成人教育学历的。
但是，不论是公立大学还是私立大学，都会查询你的成绩单。好的学校以及专业会要求你有很好的学习成绩。至于第三个问题，这完全取决于你的年纪、工作经验和动机。
网友：我希望可以去法国学习艺术管理，有下面几个问题：1.法国英语授课的学校会不会比法语授课的学校好呢？2.您能向我介绍几所这方面比较好的学校吗？3.如果我申请在法语授课的学校学习，我应该申请研究生学位课程还是博士学位课程？
兰枫女士：法国的学校在艺术管理的专业上有许多课程。但是由于我现在手头上没有关于这方面的资料，因此，你最好与我的办公室联系以得到进一步的信息资料。
艺术管理专业的课程在法国所有的学校都是用法语授课的。因此，你需要进一步提高法语水平，通过DALF的考核，并且TEF考试的分数要在600分以上。
■能有机会申请奖学金吗？
网友：对于进行长期学位课程、在高等学院和专科学院学习的国际学生，可以申请奖学金来支持以后三年的学习吗？
兰枫女士：奖学金主要都是为研究生课程设立的。埃菲尔奖学金就是专门为申请硕士学位课程的学生提供的。学生可以通过法国的学院申请，具体的信息可以查阅法国大使馆网站http://www.am-bafrance-cn.org。埃菲尔奖学金是以巴黎埃菲尔铁塔的名字命名的，它提供给世界上最优秀的学生。每一年都有超过50名中国学生获得这项奖学金。
其他由法国驻华大使馆提供的奖学金都是为博士和博士后学位提供的。
但是，除了奖学金，法国政府还提供其他类型的经济帮助。比如，学费由法国政府资助，房屋的租金也由法国政府部分资助（大概在30%到40%之间）。
网友：在法国学习一年的花费大概是多少？包括学费、住宿和娱乐消费。
兰枫女士：申请的课程、学校和专业不同，学费也有很大的不同，从250欧元到25000欧元不等。住宿的花费大概是450欧元。
