I always defines myself as an ergasiomania. When I was a freshman, I took part in the communication department, the art department and the organization department in Students' Union of SOFL. What's more, after passing the office audition in Students' Union of SJTU, I am getting busier and busier. Certainly, I also become a secretary in charge of English Corner. It's obvious that I haven't got enough time to study if I want to do everything well in my students' job. So in the last semester, I got a bad grade in my subject. This is what I lose. On the other hand, I get acquainted with many excellent students in SJTU through my work.
At this moment, I feel so troubled. I don't know whether it is worthy or not. I feel so happy when I work with my colleagues and we all become very intimate friends. However, I find that I just can't focus on my study. But from the bottom of my heart, I know I want to learn English well. Because there are so many job for me to do, to assign, I am not able to put much time to study. Am I right? Should I give up some students' job? Who can help me?

Frankly speaking, your English is really poor. :)
No one can get all things done at time, so you have to figure out what is the very thing you want.
As a graduated student, I suggest you focus on your study first. If you do the social work well now, probably you will do it better in future.
May you get As for this semester.
I advise you to concentrate on your studies first, as now you cannot balance the two.
Commnunication skills and interpersonal abilities can be attained every time, earlier or later, it doesnot matter much. But the golden time on campus for you to absorb knowledge does not come again.
