Topic:Some people say the government should pay for the health care and education, but others say that it is not the government’s responsibility. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowaday,an increasing number of people are aware of the goverment should pay for the health care and education,in contrast some peohple emphasize that's not the goverment's responsibility.In my opinion both of them have something right.

Today ,peopel pay more attention to the goverment's responsibility.In china,a large number of population need almsgiving. Twenty-nine years of reform and opening up is not a long time,but the impact on the Chinese people's life destiny has been profound. Certainly,many people are beneficiaries in this reform,but too many people still are in neediness who are short of health care and education.Many teenagers have to discontinue their studying for working. Even lacking of health care ,some people are to die囧.Some people think it need goverment's power to help them.Becuse everybody should be fair in our country.
while the other people don't think so.They believe it's not the goverment's responsibility.Goverment's duty is simple and great.China has a big population which is a developing country.We just take responsibility for ourselves.We can work harder to create better living conditions, get better health care and education, if we can, I claim we should give a helping hand to those poor men .
There is no consensus of opinions among people as to the view of it.I am in favor of the idea that the goverment should pay for the health care and education with the development of modern society.

依旧是老样子，除了知道的词汇多了些以外，中国式英语作文依旧如期。哎....作文真是让我很抓狂的。厚着脸皮写出来，写成如此，也是受<厚黑学>[目前还不清楚是不是歪理邪说]的鼓励=.=人在社会不得不脸皮厚哦.在这路上，我会继续前进...

第一段:an increasing number of新学，但是不知道后能接people人不？....
第二段：a large number of population这个搭配不知道是否正确。
      discontinue their studying for working其实不想写working，想写的是工作支撑家计。但不会表达
      some people are to die囧这句是最让我崩溃的，在生死线上徘徊，被我翻译成快要死，貌似表达还错误了
第三段：照抄题目严重。换词木讷
       后段参照前面，都是很好的句子，正同我意
第四段：苍白无力型.....>.<伤心
