Topic:Some people think schools should select pupils according to their academic ability, but others believe pupils with different abilities should be educated together. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
The importance of education is quite clear. Education is the knowledge of putting one's potentials to maximum use. One can safely say that a human being is not in the proper sense till he is educated.In recent years,due to development of civilization and soliety,we tend to become more and more aware of our education,especiously some effective shooling.Some people support schools should select pupils according to theri academic.But the others don't think so.There is no consensus of opinions among people as to this view.Overall, I agree with the latter opinion. I 'd like to begin by pointing out that everyone have equality before the education.
At frist ,intelligence is a complex comcept,which can be illustrated in terms of mathematics and logic ,language and interpersonal skills.It's not unilateral.I think children go to school not only accept education,but also study how to comunicate with other and feel about world's energe.If school select pupils only according to their academic ability,it will lead that pupils don't receive multiple messages.This behavior is also contrary to Quality Education in our nation.
But why,so many people think the shools should select?Maybe they think about efficiency.In this condition,teacher can help the puils to achieve greater progress.At the some time ,they also can teach some gifted puils more kownledges in other fields.Some people believe their clever children is double benefit from this kind of schooling.
To sum up, the ultimate goal of children's education is to achieve a well-rounded development rather than a one-sideed intellectual growth.So I think " select education" is limited.
