As we all know, the rapid development of technology brings us different kinds of high-tech products, such as the computer. There is no doubt that the computer not only plays an important role in our daily lives but is also a symbol of progress because it is very usefully for work and study. E-learning is a type of education that relies on instructions through computer technology. Different people have different opinions and attitudes toward E-learning.
Some people suggest that it is flexible and convenient. These are true, but I think E-learning has several disadvantages for students.
Firstly, E-learning creates a lack of motivation due to the small amount of communication one receives with instructors and other students.
At the same time, E-learning has unhealthful problems. Not only is it harmful to students’ eyes but also promotes a sedentary lifestyle, which leads to diseases such as myopia, obese, overweight.
Simply put, E-learning has several disadvantages for students.

On the contrast, a larger portion of public people, which is a little more than quarter, consider it’s neither good nor bad than the top level’s 4%. The following part of general people don’t know about it or think it’s bad making up 15% and 9%, respectively. There is a tiny proportion of top people don’t know or consider it a bad membership by both 2%.
It should be noticed that top decision-makers are more united in the attitude thinking it’s good. On the other hand, general public have the average portion of every opinion.

In the other hand, a tiny percent people voted against the motion in both chart (2% in the general public and 9% in the top decision-makers).43% general public people,28% Neither good or bad and 15% Not known respectively, did not have clear attitude. And the top decision-makers seem usually have much strong opinions, a tiny percentage of they chose Neither good or bad or Not known, which is only 4% and 2%.
In conclusion, to member the European Union has much more supporter in the top decision-makers than the general public.

哈哈~还记得外婆家的三五牌自鸣钟，每15天要上上发条的，小时候我对这项差事乐此不疲，还有“优生优育，只生一个”的计划生育标语，视频里也有提到，还有圣斗士嘛，视频里好像没着重介绍，这是80后男生女生之间最没距离的话题吧？还记得小学同桌拿KOF的漫画书给我看，八神看了没几眼就被班主任没收了，还有很多很多，2毛一包的酸奶粉，5毛一包的牛肉干等等等等，吃到肚子痛，估计比三鹿奶粉还劣质！
扯远了~~反正，我爱80后~~

Basically,a vast majority of the opinion of the top decision-makers is good,which have 92%percentage.on the contrary,only half of the opinion about general public is good,which occupy48%percentage.

As can be see from the first chart ，slight less than a third of the general public’s opinion is neither good nor bad .what’s more,the opinion of not know and bad make up a thin percentage（15%and 9% respectively）.it is noticeable from the second chart the opinion of bad is as much as not know .and it is also interesting to note that the opinion of neither good nor bad is twice of bad.

In conclusion.the satisfaction of opinion of the top decision-makers is better than general public

In my view, distance education is superior to traditional one in many aspects.
For one thing, traditional education is stiff and rigid, but distance education is varied in it modes, such as through TV, by Internet, on radio. For another, distance education is accessible and flexible. Whenever and wherever teachers and students are, they can choose whatever modes most suitable for them. What’s more, compared with traditional education, distance education can tremendously lessen cost of learning. Students don’t need to go out, they can acquire knowledge at home. Therefore, the expense on transportation and textbooks will be cut down considerably. Last but not least, distance education is also a way of self-education. Students attending distance education demands sufficient self-conscious and self-discipline. Through learning, they can improve their quality and cultivate their initiative.
In summary, I am fully convinced that, along with the popularization of the internet, increasing number of people will choose to accept distance education.
