Miss Glennerster_ tells us _that___ several studies by the research group`s economists__ have proven that small price changes have a big influence on the number of people who use a product_ . The economists_ have also found no evidence that the very act of paying for something changes how people use it_ . Finally, some development experts argue that pricing is useful when targeting a product among special populations. When it comes to bed nets, Miss Glennerster_ says research shows no evidence of this. People are just as likely to use a bed net if they paid for it or not.
