上海这几日天气奇怪到不行，早上是半搭子的晴天，到了中下午就是一阵阵暴热，闷的难当，然后晚上又是狂风大作，住在18楼顶听着狂风交响乐入眠，幸而天生的猪属性，碰到枕头就能睡着，否则第二天生活质量怕是大有影响。废话说完。Ku6今天裁员的事情真是很热，优酷和土豆都幸灾乐祸的大肆传播。视频内容基本上就是HR带着两个保镖人物在被裁员工区域谈判，结果必然是谈不拢，HR要离开此区域，保镖与员工们必然发生的肢体碰撞。影像技术这么发达的今天，况且本业还是视频网站，很快很多人都知道了。
一说是盛大收购了Ku6亏本至今才动此下策，一次性裁员20%，又一说是VP拒不执行裁员计划先被免职，可见这是“一次事先张扬的裁员事件”了。若身为执行HR可以说是头疼，不过带着保镖去跟员工众人谈判这种愚蠢行为恐怕是天气恶劣睡眠不足导致的大脑失灵。做过HR，甚至学过HR的人都知道，涉及人事变动尤其是离职解聘，不管对方是一个人还是一百个人，必须单独通知，面见会谈。这是没办法的事只能一个一个谈。这应该是基本常识吧。解除劳动关系不是发一张通告或者跑去人群拿喇叭宣布就结束的事。哪有还带着保镖去的，上海话说“脑子被枪打过了”。先不要说被人家抢白“你不是我们的员工，凭什么到我们公司来，带我们的人出去”，道理上就站不住脚，更何况这带来的人必然会跟人动手，什么叫形势比人强，这时候就算不想动手都不可以。好啊，大家都在等这一出呢，叫的，哭的，拍的，闹的，报警的，怕还有给报社爆料的，作孽啊，全都来了。HR做到这样，只好叫死蟹一只。
事情一出，大家全都骑虎难下。遣散员工必然要纠缠到底，因为将来去其他家应聘HR一听说是Ku6过来的都会觉得很麻烦。未来没有保障，眼前利益必须争取。而HR已经洋相百出，管理层的应急策略更是瞎的离谱，出了一张口气极为恶劣的公告，不知道公告出来给谁看的，总之看过的人都觉得盛大不愧是姓盛的，这么盛气凌人的大公司欺负一群弱势的销售人员，同情心全部倒向劳方，然后盛大已经破如败絮的声誉再受一层剥削。不过陈老板很有钱，可以花点钱在互联网修复下声誉。
做HR真是猪狗不如，这种断人家财路伤阴骛的事情做好了被员工骂的就像一只狗，做不好被老板骂的像一只猪。唉。

天气晴好。
最近老妈关心的紧。电话频率由3天/次改为1天2次。如果中国电信得知原来是日本地震刷新了中国电话费记录，是不是在偷笑。
前日更是耳提面命，出门要严防死守，要戴墨镜口罩和围巾。
此番打扮在我脑海中形成一幅漫画，一个身穿风衣的全封闭形象，即像执行秘密任务的家伙，又象精神病院逃出来的人物。
我十分无奈又十分想笑的说，好吧。不料一个人的真实想法会被话语出卖的。老妈虽然看不见我的面部表情，但居然听出了我在偷笑。大义凛然的说，这是你舅舅从兰州打电话叮嘱的。
我再一次无奈了。
据说兰州盛产的沙尘暴是可以一路吹到日本的。故而在兰州淳朴人民的心目中留下了阴影。此次生怕友好邻邦礼尚往来，“投我以木桃，报之以琼瑶”。
挂了电话跟当笑话讲给老公听，还翻出口罩一只权当道具戴来戴去，两个人趴在沙发上笑不动。
今天又看到一则新闻，据说是杭州超市食盐卖到脱销，连赠品都拿出来卖，而且全清空。
智能十分低下的我一时不知道这是什么意思，难道要靠食盐中那点可怜的碘来防辐射？晕，就算把人腌成咸肉干也是微量的碘啊！
好吧。又一说是海水会被辐射，海盐即将遭受污染，含有科普词汇若干，放射性同位素云云。故而需要囤盐。
我又一次无奈。套一句CCTV的话，“五千年历史的泱泱大国”竟然风声鹤唳至此。
民众仿佛被抽取了智商和分析的能力，唯一的判断就是紧盯“有关部门”是不是出来辟谣。如果辟谣，就要坚决做一些十分不理智、反常规的事。
这，也许是我们这个国度十分神奇的原因之一。
深层的原因更是不能说出口，一旦张嘴，就是“你知道的太多了”。
在所谓“全民”的浪潮下，坚持自己的信念，坚持自己的做法，将会是多么困难。

To be honest, I always feel being cheated when I buy clothes. It's weird of shop assistants' unstoppable enthusiasm, they are so eloquent and every time I feel dazzy in front of the oral words-tide of them. And at last, when I pay for the clothes I don't need, I can't help doubting why.
Sometimes I think the sales deserve our sympathy. They do everything to persuade customers buying what they sell, phonecalls, Emails, ads, even cheatings. To some extent they are ordinary people who just want to improve their living conditions. But, what they have done, is annoying, unfair to their customers. It hurts, really. People will never trust a product for its false advertise or decieved promotion. And the sales-person should understand, you think you just fooled your customers, but finally, the fool will be yourself.

I think people are all long for a real holiday to rest. And Christmas is just in the right spot of time. A new-year‘s day is not so relax, it means many things, a whole year plan to be made, aims to be achieved, and a new beginning. .We can't have total leisure in new-year's day, it is like some voice in your heart remind you to be a new person in a new year. But, the Christmas is not, we are happy to say good-bye to a whole year. The Santa Clause is lovely, all the elements of Christmas imply that you should be happy, don't worry too much. It's no doubt that we Chinese will enjoy the new-year's day in lunar year. At least, it will smell like a new-year. As what I said, just a matter of time.

Seeing may be believing.
Well, we don't have any confirmed evidence of an alien. All that we have is just some blurred pictures or videos which no one can tell it true or false, or some oral descriptions from the people along with different purposes. Maybe the 51 district did exist, but, it's not an open range for ordinary people. What we can do about those outerspace foreigners is guesing, guesing, guesing. Those fragment of information that NASA provided us is about the molecules, spectrums, and something like that. No one can promise aliens' existing, however, we must believe the diversity of the universe. Perhaps one day we will see with our own eyes and exchange with extraterrestrial life but now it's nothing more than a dream.

Imagine. The source of beauty. When we have no access to get to know the one we are interested in, then we will describe him as a perfect icon. It's probably a misunderstanding, but we are indulging in the fantasies we make. Acturally, I don't think it is bad thing.
Safety. I believe that modern people have many weird problems, too much self-defence, less trust, we always talk a day but not a single word is mattered. Thanks for the communication tools, we don't have to talk to each other face to face, some awkward situation can be avoided, distance makes people feel safe.
Heartbreak. That's sad. There's too many examples. Distance is a killer who ends a romance brutally and easily. When a couple is seperated in different cities, what can be ensure their relations?

That's fun. Just like the movie Matrix, you've been watched and surveiled every second and everywhere. I'm just curious about the criminals, are they really foolish enough to expose what they done before those cameras? It is said, couple of days ago, American cops caught some drug dealers because their trading process was snapped by google earth's video capture on streets. Maybe we begin to set video surveillances in public just for being with international standards, I don't know, a face project. I'm not bothered by the privacy things, because "no privacy in China" is not a secret to anybody. As to those shining cameras, well, who cares. I have to say the beautiful little things will make a better city, a better life.

编辑 收藏When I was a school girl I had written a lot of compositions about good deeds, such as giving my seat to an old man on a bus. That kind of composition was praised by my teachers. Instead, when I grow up, I seldom do that good thing. All the memory about the city trafic, no matter bus or subway, is people, people, people. The crowd is terrifying huge, you can't imagine how to survive among so many people in a limited space for 40 minutes or more. I have to highly honor the quality of the buses, how can they not crash and keep driving after being loaded 300% passengers? Is it a miracle? Well, China, motherland of miracles.

I can't help doubting why we Chinese are so easy to be moved. Tears are always prepared in any time. And the stories from the CCTV or whatever TV are unexeptionally melting ones, from "I love my motherland" to "I love my mom". Doesn't anyone feel sick? Even no-one think for a little while that a normal person drawn in such circumstances, how can he have own breathes? Yes, something is moving, but I can't be moved for I have known that someone is manipulating my emotions. I'm not a puppet. I don't want to be reminded that it's time to love Mom in Thanksgiving day or something else. Well, I'm sorry for the topic starter, I don't mean to against you. It's just uncontrol. |
