中国で投資・就労している外国人及び家族の居住ビザの取得の注意事項 居住資格を申請の祭に聞かれた質問を回答と以下の資料が必ず必要となる。 When applying for residence permit, applicants must answer related questions and submit following papers: 一、会社公文（在職証明書）。 Letter of the recipient organization.
二、正しく記入した「外国人ビザ・居留許可の申請表」１枚（青か黒の万年筆あるいは炭素ペンで書くものとなる）。 Fill completely and correctly in Visa and Residence Permit Application Form with black or blue pen or ball-point pen. 三、２インチ半身正面写真１枚（申請表に貼る）。 One latest colorful, two-inch, half-length, bareheaded, and full-face photo for the application form.
四、パスポート原本及び写し（写しのページ：写真が貼っているパスポート・有効な中国ビザ・今回入国印鑑を含まれるものとなる）。 The original and copy of valid passport, Chinese visa and entry seal. 五、雲南省の出入境検査所からの「国際旅行健康証明書」原本及び写し（１８歳以上と初申請有効期間は一年間以上の外国申請人は雲南省の出入境検査所に審査された「外国人健康証明書」の原本を提出しないといけない）。 The original and copy of Health Certificate for International Traveler issued by Yunnan Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine. When applying for Residence Permit longer than one year the first time, aliens at the age of 18 and upwards must provide their health certificates. 六、居住地の公安局出張所から発行した「居住登録証明書」の原本とコピー。 The original and copy of Registration Form of Temporary Residence from local police station，it is not requested if you lodge at hotel.
七、居住理由に関する資料と証明： The relevant materials and certificates: 1、 投資家に関する資料：「企業許可証明書原本」の原本及び写し、年検査された「企業営業資格証明書」の副本原本及び写し、「会社組織機構コード証明書」の原本及び写し、「外国人就労証明書」あるいは「外国人専門家証明書」（「外国人就労証明書」あるいは「外国人専門家証明書」は中国の西部に投資する１００万ドル以上の個人の場合不要）。 Investors should submit the original and copy of Enterprise Approval Certificate, Duplicate of Business License being approved annually, Organization and Institution Code Certificate and Employment Permit of Aliens or Foreign Experts Certificate. The one who have personally invested USD 1 million or more in the western China need not provide Employment Permit of Aliens or Foreign Experts Certificate.
2、在職と就業に関する資料：
「外国人就労証明書」（雲南省就労出張所から提供する）あるいは「外国専門家証明書」 （雲南省外国専門家出張所から取り扱う・雲南省文化部門以上の主管部門に許可された証明書を持つ。駐在員又は外資企業の場合には、「外国企業駐在代表機構登録証明書」と「在職証明書」を提供するものとなる） Employees should submit Employment Permit of Aliens or Foreign Experts Certificate or the Document Approving Aliens to Give Theatrical Performances in the People's Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Culture or by the Cultural Department of Yunnan Province. Working in permanent representative office of foreign enterprises, employees should also submit Registration Certificate of Foreign Enterprises Permanent Office in China and Working Card of Foreign Enterprises Permanent Office in China.
外資投資企業に関する資料：「企業許可証明書原本」の原本、「企業営業資格証明書」の副本原本及び写し、「会社組織機構コード証明書」の原本及び写し。（外交にかかわる企業には、また「会社登録証明書」の原本及び写しは必要となる。）
The "three-capital" enterprises such as solely foreign invested enterprises, Chinese-foreign joint ventures and cooperative enterprises must provide the original and copy of Enterprise Approval Certificate and Duplicate of Business License being approved annually, as well as Organization and Institution Code Certificate. The domestic capital enterprises and other organizations must provide the original and copy of valid Duplicate of Business License, Organization and Institution Code Certificate, or other related registration certificates. 注意事項：以下四種類の人の場合は仕事ビザを持ち、公安出張所から居住証明書を許可できるものとなる：
Notice: Foreigners of these four kinds as follow, applying for Residence Permit to China's police authorities, must enter China definitely with visa "Z" which means employment. （1）中国企業に招聘された管理従業員と技術人員（副社長以下）。
The common foreign managers or technicians under the post of deputy general manager employed by the enterprises.
（2）事業単位での外国専門家、外国籍教師及び他の管理と技術人員。
Foreign experts, foreign teachers and other managers or technicians employed by the institutions.
（3）外国企業駐在代表機構の人員（代表員は不要）。
Other employees(except the chief representative and representatives) working in Foreign Enterprises Permanent office in China.
（4）以上の人の両親・配偶及び子供。
The family members(parents, spouse or children) of those of three kinds described above.
3、居住証明書取得の家族のに関する資料：投資家か就労者により「居住証明書」の原本及び写し、結婚証明書、家族関係証明書（注意：英語で記録証明書は専門翻訳機構に中国語に通訳しないとはいけないものとなる）。 The accompanying family members (spouse, parents and children) should submit the residence permits and copies of investors or employees when they apply for Residence Permit separately. If they apply together, the materials mentioned above are not necessary. It's quite necessary for a certificate of kinship. The alien spouse must provide the identification of marriage, the alien parents and children must provide the identification of family relation. Non-English identifications must be translated into Chinese by professional translation agency.
〔注意事項〕：コピーページはA4サイズです。The copy of documents should be copied with A4 paper.
重要な事項（昆明に滞在する場合）：Important Notice:
一、「外国人就労証明書」あるいは「外国人専門家証明書」及び「居住証明書」を持ち、中国で就労できるものとなる。If you want to work in China, you must obtain Employment Permit of Aliens or Foreign Experts Certificate and Residence Permit in advance.
二、「居住証明書」の内容（名前、居住理由、パスポート番号、連れ）は変更すれば、変更日から１０日間以内で変更手続きをしなくてはいけないものとなる。In case of changes of the information specified in the your residence permit (such as purpose of residence, passport number and accompanying person), you must, within 10 days, apply for a new residence permit to the permit-issuing authority.
三、居住地、学校、就労会社などを変更する場合、変更日から１０日間以内で変更手続きをしなくてはいけないものとなる。In case of changes of the information specified in your residence permit (such as address, university/college of study and place of work/employment), you must, within 10 days, register the changes with the permit-issuing authority.
四、昆明に滞在続ける場合は、居住許可有効期間までに新しい居住許可を取得するものとなる。If you need to prolong your residence in Kunming, please apply for a new one before the expiration of your residence permit.
五、尚、出掛ける時、公安からの審査可能となるため、パスポートを提携しなければならない、居住地から他の地域へ滞在する場合、２４時間以内で当地の公安出張所へ臨時的な居住地を登録する。Please carry you with your passport for possible examination by police when you go out. If you lodge temporarily elsewhere than your own residence, you should, within 24 hours of your arrival (within 72 hours in rural areas), report and register accommodation to the local police station, it is not requested if you lodge at hotel.
六、正しく申し込み書を記入する。It must be valid and true for your application materials and information filled in Visa and Residence Permit Application Form.
