He was shot in a hail of bullets on what had been his wedding day. Detectives are accused of manslaughter and reckless endangerment.

III. A 16-year-old boy who prosecutors alleged was plotting mass murders at his Indiana high school is doing court today. The hearing will determine whether he should remain in custody. Authorities say he also planned an attack in Ohio.
