Last two weeks, i had several english interviews.the results were disappointed.
 The main casuses are maybe these, as below.
1.the poor oral english.
 Having influent speaking english is need.especial,if you want to find a good job.many views and ideas can't right express in english.
2.lack of strong special knowledge
  Some knowledge has been forgotten,some new knowledge is not been deeply understand.broaden the knowledge in fields is a must.
3.bad health condition and poor spirit
  A good body is the half of the success,as the spirit do.
the last week, having a good rest is first,keep good health
is important.
  Life is not easy,but confidence is important.Encourage myself!
