Do you have any brothers or sisters? How do you get along with each other?
Yes, I have one sister named Catrina. She is eight years old which leaves us with a very large difference between our ages. I personally believe that she is way too mature for her age and that she grew up extremely fast. I do not know if it is because she sees me and everything that I say and do or if in today’s world every kid just learns a lot at a young age. It is probably a little bit of both. I am actually supposed to have three other brothers or sisters but it was very unfortunate that they did not make it to birth. My mom lost three babies before they were even born. Over the years it was very upsetting; however now I am almost thankful because if one of them had been born, I would not have my little sister.
Catrina and I fight a lot. She is always in my room and annoying me and trying to get me into trouble. It kind of gets frustrating sometimes because it causes unnecessary fights between me and my parents. If she does not get her way, she will go upstairs and make things up to get me into trouble. My parents of course yell at me first because I should be the “mature one”. I do try to take into consideration that she is just a kid but there are definitely days where she drives me totally crazy. Other than the fights and her always following me around the house, she is all and all a pretty cool sister. Catrina is always worrying about me and making sure that I am okay. She gets scared when I come home late from clubs every weekend and is always asking me if I need money. It is pretty sad that an eight year old needs to ask her older sister if she needs money, but I think it is kind of cute that she looks out for me. Whenever a guy comes over to my house to hang out, she will ask 100 questions to see if she likes him and he thinks that it is hilarious. She is so young, yet she has such an old mind. I love her to death and I would do anything for her even if she does get on my last nerves.
