Those resolution-makers can benefit a lot from making resolutions. Most importantly, you have a map, a compass to follow in the new year if you have resolutions. Life is just like sailing in the sea, we all need a compass to direct us. Besides, it's always an exciting and encouraging experience to make new resolutions. Because we forsee hope, progress and success in the resolutions we made. Of course, it's just "forsee". If we want to achieve the resolutions we made, we must take really great efforts.
Ok, here's my list of new resolutions for 2007:
   1. Take the CATTI (written translation, grade2) this May. I've always had great interest in English, and dreamed of becoming an interpretor some day. Now that there is a specific goal for me to strive for, I will have greater incentive and perseverance to study English hard.
   2. Take a down-to-earth attitude in my work. Never too late to learn! Take every possible chance to learn more about the company, the products and relevant background knowledge, the current situation of the diagnose industry, etc.
   3. Build a strong and nice body. Do exercises regularly. Yoga, aerobic dance, belly dance, rope skipping.......Only when you are healthy and energetic can you devote yourself to work and enjoy the beautiful life.

J拉拉 2007-01-04 16:32 发表评论

Looking Back on the Passing 2006

<trackback:ping>http://blog.hjenglish.com/jiangzhijin/services/trackbacks/566500.html</trackback:ping>
The passing 2006 is a complicated year for me. In the practical world, there are many barriers and obstacles which we can't overcome easily. The way leading to your ultimate goal is by no means a flat one but filled with turns and twists. As a result, those who lack a strong determination would give up their efforts and idle away their time leading a meaningless life. Only those brave people who are aggressive, tough-minded can endure and survive all the hardships and finally become the winner. Suffer-Survive-Succeed , the 3s process is a perfect description of one's struggling road.

As for me, my dream is to master the English language and find a creative and interesting job which closely relates to the language. Some people may say, language is only a tool, and if you specialize in English language, you can only do a limited number of work. Besides, many Chinese people today can speak English, so what's your value by only mastering the English language? Well, this has something to do with one's interest and dream. I just love the English language, I enjoy reading it and tasting it. More importantly, language is not only a communication tool, it is a cultural phenomenan. I find myself in a rosy culture garden when reading and enjoying English.

So, just make painstaking efforts and go ahead, to realize my dream. You can make it.

J拉拉 2006-11-14 10:40 发表评论

The Graduate (1967)

<trackback:ping>http://blog.hjenglish.com/jiangzhijin/services/trackbacks/505847.html</trackback:ping>
Background: Student Rebellion in the Sixties(Edited)© 2001 Dona... 阅读全文

J拉拉 2006-11-08 14:51 发表评论

The 50-percent Theory

<trackback:ping>http://blog.hjenglish.com/jiangzhijin/services/trackbacks/505663.html</trackback:ping>
I believe in the 50-percent theory.
