现在说说小作文的方法，主要是曹其军的模板及其用法。

考研的小作文一般都是写应用文，而应用文行文的套路是比较固定的， 6 — 7 句话搞定。

首先的格式，这个我不说了；

什么称呼、正文、祝福语的，自己看看就行了。

第二是句子，一定要正式、有礼貌。

礼多人不怪嘛。

 

最后是内容，也就是结构，一般都分为四个部分。

我们拿辞职信（ Quit job ）举例：

1 、 intention （自我介绍）

2 、 reason （辞职的原因）——临场发挥

3 、 apology （表示歉意）

4 、 thank （表示感谢）

 

又如 Enquiry （咨询信）：

1 、 intention （自我介绍）

2 、 ask （咨询的内容）——临场发挥

3 、 thank （表示感谢）

4 、 expect （期待回信）

 

还是 Complain （投诉信）

1 、 intention （自我介绍）

2 、 event （要投诉的事件）——临场发挥

3 、 demand （提出要求）

4 、 expect （期待回信）

 

从上面三个例子，大家不难发现，除了需要临场发挥的部分，其他的地方都是可以事先背好，相互套用的。

说白了就是，大家要背一些通用的模板，遇到不同的要求就进行相应的组合就是可以成文了。

 

以下是一些通用的模板，

曹爷当时给了很多，但怕我们记不住，就进行了精简，这里是精简后的版本。

 

 

1 、 intention （自我介绍），套用时据情况任选一句。

I am now writing complain about ……（关于投诉的自我介绍）

I am now writing to obtain more detailed information about  ……（关于询问的自我介绍）

I am writing to you to express my deep regret and heartfelt apology for ……（关于道歉的）

Now I am to express to you my sincere and heartfelt thanks to you for ……（关于感谢的）

I take great interest in this position and I am writing to apply for it. （求职信的）

 

2 、 demand （提出要求）

In order to solve the problem, it is advisable for you to take some remedial measures before things get worse and worse 。 To compensate for my loss, I suggest that ……

3 、 apology （道歉）

I feel very guilty for the possible offence I might have put you in accidentally. （此句没有实际意义，就等于 sorry ，呵呵）

 

4 、 Thank （感谢）

I take this opportunity to convey to you my deep appreciation for all you have done for me. I shall always remember it with feelings of the greatest gratitude. （此句也没有实际意义，就等于 Thank you 。狂背吧！）

 

5 、 expect （期待回信）

I am looking forward to a favorable response at your earliest convenience. If I can be of any further help, please let me know soon.

 

6 、 refuse （拒绝，往往 + 道歉）

That is the most wonderful idea, but it’s a shame I just couldn’t make it.

I am grateful for your offer, but I am afraid I have to turn it down due to ……（两句，任选一句）

 

7 、邀请

I am wondering if it is convenient for you to ……

 

8 、介绍别人

Without any reservation, I ‘d like to recommend to you Mr. Lee who have been a good friend of mine ever since we made acquaintance about a decade ago. （介绍朋友）

The person who is entrusted this letter is Mr. Lee, who used to work together with me, and whom I’d like you to know. （介绍同事）

With great pleasure I’d like to introduce to you Mr. Lee whose brilliant personality you’d find an invaluable asset. （说人品）
