The survey, published in Monday's China Youth Daily, showed that 34.7 percent of the 8,777 respondents said they regretted their university experience as what they had learnt was not worth the time and money invested.

"Sometimes I feel I have wasted the money my parents earned by the s_____ of their brows（血汗钱） by entering university. I can't make a living from what I learnt, let alone repay my parents," said a university graduate surnamed Zhao, quoted by the paper.

After graduating from Beijing Agricultural University, Zhao has taken a job as a security guard in Beijing with a monthly salary of 800 yuan (roughly 101 US dollars).

Zhao said he was now preparing to do postgraduate study during the day while t_____（打零工） at a McDonald's restaurant at night. "I have to get a Master's diploma. I have no other choice," he said.

The Selected Works of Jiang Zemin, former Chinese President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), will be distributed to the country's bookstores on Thursday.

"It offers a powerful weapon of ideology for China's construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and increases the spiritual strength of Chinese people to build a w______ society in an a_______ way（全面建设小康社会）," an editorial of People's Daily, the mouthpiece of the CPC, hails the publication.

The three volumes comprise 203 of Jiang's reports, speeches, articles, letters, inscriptions and decrees from August 1980 to September 2004, sources with the Party Literature Editing Committee of the CPC Central Committee said Wednesday.

Many of the articles in the selection are for the first time made public, according to an editor of the book, who did not give his name.

Jiang, born on Aug. 17, 1926, was also former Chairman of the Central Military Commission.

The books, compiled by the Party Literature Editing Committee and published by the People's Publishing House, systematically elaborate on the important thoughts of the Three Represents, said the editor.

As the core of the CPC third-generation leadership, Jiang i______（提出，发起） the thoughts that the CPC must always represent the development requirements of China's advanced social productive forces, the progressive course of China's advanced culture, and the fundamental interests of the o________ majority（最广大、最广泛的） of the Chinese people, known as the "Three Represents".

在看了电影的周日，午后斜斜的阳光，电视上在播一个影评节目，男女两个影评人都对Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind极不欣赏。我不知道他们有什么专业的理由，只是想，他们一定都未曾恋爱过。

用程式化的语言去描述这电影的情节没有任何意义；就好比，你如何叙述你们年轻时候牵手走过夏日的街道，突然看到蓝色晴空中冉冉上升的红色气球渐飘渐远，然 后你们绽开孩子般的笑颜。看这电影不需要精准的评判眼光，只需要一颗敏感而丰富的心灵，我们知道里面的人们在遇见、相爱、放弃、遗忘，但也许我们并不那么 关心创作者的诉求，因为那一片片在男主角的过往里面交错杂乱然而美丽忧伤的爱情片段，能够触动我们自己记忆深处很多次的惊蛰：幽微的乐声随着他们不停止的 奔跑，传递过来的是关于生活与爱情纯净绵长的回忆，就如同，某处那埋伏在岁月中恒久的气息，细细密密攀上心头。

你记得我吗？我爱过你吧？我们曾经彼此憎恨伤害吗？这听起来象是时间荒原上悠长的叹息。Joel（Jim Carrey饰）隔着书店的柜台望过去，他想要问出口的这些话，在Clementine（Kate Winslet饰）一片空白的眼睛里面没有得到回应。她那么不快乐，所以做手术抹去了关于Joel所有的回忆。Joel也开始走向同样的过程：他在醒不过 来的梦境中，看到那些所有记忆美好的段落迅速在身后消失。那真是人生中无法想象的噩梦，你所最珍视的一切都一一随风而逝，于是你和爱人不停的奔跑，穿越不 同的记忆的场景，希望留住她最美丽的容颜。

我一直在看电影中不自觉地微笑着心碎，不仅仅因为被唤起的回忆，还有更多丰富的人生况味。Joel和Clementine所面对的成人世界，一直都在冬天 里，冰天雪地的哈德逊河，寂寞空落的地铁车厢，提着行李穿过的旧火车站，阴天里起风的海滩，然而只要有两个相爱的人共享的心愿，在冰面上清冷的星空也能变 成生活中的一束光亮。还有那些女主角不停变换的红、蓝、绿色的头发，飘飞在他们共处的每一个环境，在有意处理得异常冷清的色调中，仿佛象征了最为飞扬美丽 的爱情。两个人相遇相处的细节，除了爱情的甘美，还有酸涩苦交织的生活：已经遇见，已经倾心，然而相处的困境让他们逐渐远离，彼此的伤害导致选择彻底的忘 却，而选择忘记却带来更大的伤害；再次遇见，再次倾心，但是否要听从心和爱的召唤，还是生活的细沙会继续磨平爱情敏锐新鲜的棱角？那些散落在记忆片断和对 话中关于彼此的无法接纳，使得这个电影远离了单纯美丽的爱情童话喜剧。我们为他们的相拥而由衷喜悦，也为他们无奈疲惫的脸而心碎，因为从中能够清楚看到生 活自身的影子。

还是永恒的纽约，然而尽管电影提到了哈德逊河、洛克菲勒中心，我们几乎可以完全忽略这个特殊的空间。虽然电影开头就提到这是2004年情人节的清晨，但发 旧的色调同样可以使人忽略掉2004年这个特殊的现在时。电影里面不少匪夷所思的影像都在提醒我们，这是属于所有时间所有地点的故事，只要你渴望爱情，向 往美丽的韶华时光。

我在写这篇影评到结尾的时候，发现自己已经为电影延展出许多个人化的体会。但或者，这才是这部电影最动人的地方：我们每个人在看到他们奔跑、拥抱、无法舍 弃爱恋的记忆，都会将自己的回忆投射到很远很久前的最美时光，于你，或者是手心中融化的冰淇淋，于我，或者是漆黑放映厅中互握的双手。

在那个时候，电影欢欣而忧伤的诉说是不是关于人生、爱情、铭记、遗忘的命题已经无关紧要，因为我们知道，当心灵能够被爱情永不消逝的光照耀，是多么的幸福。

US anti-dumping bill to affect Chinese companies

Entering into the United States market would cost Chinese exporters more if an anti-dumping bill was s_______(签署) into law by U.S. President George W. Bush, a Chinese trade researcher said here on Sunday.

The bill approved days ago by Senate required American importers to s________（上交） enough customs deposits in cash to cover the full-amount of anti-dumping duties they are obliged to pay. Currently, a lesser amount of deposits in cash or negotiable notes would s________（满足） as guaranty.

Jin Baisong, a research fellow with the Research Institute of China's Ministry of Commerce, said this bill intended to apply penalties "stricter than ever" to dumping activities. "Chinese companies would bear the first brunt as a lion's share of what the U.S. government called 'dumped products' were exported from China," he said.

The bill aiming to replace the 1989 Anti-dumping Regulation in mid-2009 didn't say that it was targeting China, though.

If American importers asked to split their required customs cash deposits with Chinese exporters, domestic companies would find their profit margin narrowed by a s_______(突然增加的) operation costs. Small and medium-sized exporters may even give up the U.S. market, Jin remarked.

BEIJING, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- China and the United States Thursday agreed that as major s_________（利益相关的参与者） and constructive partners, the two nations can and should work together on many issues at global, regional and bilateral levels.

BEIJING, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- China is seeking to create 9 million new jobs in cities and towns and another 5 million for laid-off workers this year, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security said Wednesday.

前几天有朋友在本人的自留地上催我快快开始耕种，今天就勉强贴上一篇，聊以安慰懒惰的心。是关于北京的城市建设的。

来北京之前就有开车没有走路快的警告，但不亲身感受是无法体会那一份郁闷的。星期天我从积水潭附近坐834路公交车去地安门，不太长的一段路，5公里多点，足足走了50分钟，几乎和步行速度一致，还不如步行来的健康。一路上见到众多不合理之处，随手用手机纪录了下来，现在一一整理出来。

第一处是积水潭路口附近。南北通行速度奇慢，东西向二环的高架路似乎并没有给南北向的车辆带来多少方便，桥下的车辆依然多。十字路口南面的新街口内大街不够宽敞，无法及时通行车辆。另外新开通的冰窖口胡同几乎没有车辆通行，根本无法分流车辆，反而导致路口的拥堵。

第二处在德胜门桥附近。且不说那里的道路横七竖八，单说在所有路口的交汇处，居然设了834的车站，公交车在原本就非常拥堵混乱的路口停车载客，更加剧了路口的拥堵。路口两条斜向的道路缺乏指挥，所有车辆争先恐后的向前挤，混乱不堪。

第三处在鼓楼西大街附近。西海宾馆附近有一栋古建筑，朱红的高墙，深宅大院，煞似好看，愚蠢的是就在红墙高院的边上，设立了一排社区健身设施，完全破环了景观。而且这些设施就在路边，空气污浊，灰尘很大，根本没有人会在这里锻炼身体。

第四处是鼓楼附近。那里出奇的拥堵，其实只有鼓楼西大街，地安门外大街、鼓楼东大街三条路在此交汇，但同样非常拥堵。不仅如此，就在丁字路口，设立了60路等公交车站台，真是脑子有问题，公交车一停下载客，后面就排成长龙。个人觉得稍微调整一下站台位置，路口的建筑少量拆除就能有所缓解。此外鼓楼东大街的定位应为美食、休闲街，可限制交通流量，或在鼓楼路口禁左，或者干脆为西向东单行线即可大大缓解交通压力。

第五处是沿后海一条路。如果不是在北京，我根本无法想象这样一条幽静美丽的酒吧街可以通行汽车，甚至还是双向行驶！管理人员有没有一点保护意识？有没有一点商业头脑？来往的车辆使得环境一团糟，哪里还能吸引游客和晨练的人们？这样的道路早该改造为步行街，或者即使通行车辆，也要限制车型、时间段，并且为单行线。

第六处是地安门路口。众多的车辆由北向南至地安门需左转向东，但没有专门的转向灯，南北一通行就开始抢道，左转的车先占了道，南北向车就被堵住，南北向先通行，左转就无法通行，导致通行速度非常之慢，甚至直接影响到鼓楼处的交通压力。个人认为，地安门路口南面的景山后街接近旅游景点，也应设为单行或禁左，减少南北向车辆，加快通行速度。如不行，则应设立转向灯，因为转向车辆实在是太多，缓解地安门外大街交通流量。

这只是一、两个小时纪录下的感受，对北京的交通管理和城市建设，我还有无数不满和意见。虽然我不是专业人士，但对于某些常识性的交通管理原则在北京都没有被好好贯彻，实在让人不解。

北方的四季尤其的分明，几阵暖风就把春天吹来了，虽然还是最低0度的天气，吹在身上的风已经不带一丝寒意，柔柔的、暖暖的，像春天的手在轻拂脸颊，让人不由沉醉其中。周一是惊蛰，标志着万物复苏，冬眠的动物也被惊醒。早上上班经过后海的时候，湖面的冰大部分已经融化，仅剩的水面也只有一层薄冰。原来的冰场码头已改作了游船码头，停了数艘小船，工作人员正摇摇晃晃的在水面上捞起漂浮的垃圾。清理后的水面特别干净，刚刚融化的冰水让湖水有一种清冽透亮的感觉，似乎可以掬一捧入口。无风的时候，湖水静静的倒影着岸边的白杨，宛若明镜；有风的时候，湖水泛起浅浅的波纹，煞似丝绸，让两岸的游人心旷神怡。

随着温度的升高，湖边的人群也渐渐多起来，晨练的老人自不必说，冬天里不见的胡同游又重新热闹起来，一大早就可以看到成队的顶着黄色顶棚的人力三轮车在湖边穿梭。骑车的上班族也越发多起来，给不宽的胡同又增添了几分拥挤。沿湖的各家酒吧也洗心革面，重振旗鼓，度过了冷清的寒冬，生意又将向气温一样逐渐攀升。各家店面的玻璃上都贴上了招工的广告，开始招兵买马，为即将到来的旺季作准备。

在一片生机盎然中，人也不免要振奋起来，开始为一年的生活作打算。希望可以顺利的留在北京……
