As a manager, your job is to intuit the needs of your employees and give them the right combination of attention, feedback and praise to keep them motivated.
intuit:To know intuitively.凭直觉知晓 intuitively:直觉地
intuitive：Known or perceived through intuition 凭直觉知道或感知的（instinctive本能的，直觉的）
Possessing or demonstrating intuition.有直觉力的：具有直觉的或能显示直觉的
an instinctive mistrust of bureaucrats.对官僚出于直觉的不信任
give them the right combination of attention, feedback and praise to keep them motivated.（Did you do that ever before? We should learn to do that in a nature way. Just some words expressed in another way will evoke them enthusiasm or keep them motivated. Learn it, it's powerful）. 哈哈，remember they are the right combination of attention, feedback and praise.
国人常说，“再给我一次机会，我不会再那么做了（我不会再犯同样的错误了）”，这句话E文怎么说呢？Is "I won't do that again" or "I won't make the same mistake"? It sounds like a little chinglish. It may be spoken more English, just like "If given another chance, I will make a difference".

A：I have finished three new projects， and I am sure I can apply myexperience to this position. （我已经完成三个新项目，我相信我能将我的经验用在这份工作上。）
