Who sprang up the saying "happy birthday"? How could I be happy with the sentence reminding me that I'm getting one year older. What on earth are the funny things in it when I'm alredy 50 years old! I remember how hard I got when I tried to stand up after repairing the TV set. I'd rather go to bed early than standing in the stupid chilly square counting down the New Year. The startling four-letter words of our time has become ordinary now. I'm no longer crazy about Kingkong. I have to turn on the light to read. I'm no longer interested in news not because there isn't any exciting events but because all had been read.
"Happy birthday" is only enjoyable for kids!
