简化复杂的问题
再伟大的旅程都要从每一小步开始，在你开始迈步之前，你要知道你将要走向哪里。
如果你非常忙碌而没有时间去选择的话，那么你很有可能走上错误的道路而自己浑然不知。
1、学会轻重缓急。
新的一年似乎有好多事情都在等着你去做。但是如果你胡子眉毛一起抓的话，到头来你会发现这一年你又乱糟糟地度过了。所以，在年初你应该有一个计划，明白你在新的一年里将从哪里开始。
专家建议，每天起床后，把一天要做的事情按照轻重缓急排列出来，“给它们标上A、B、C……”斯蒂芬说：“然后你把B和C剔除掉，全力去完成A，你将会在这一天感到非常高效、轻松，这就是你成功的一天。”
2、体会静坐的乐趣。
静坐，不仅能够使人的心灵得到净化，而且能够使人拥有一个健康的身体。最近的一些研究成果显示，有规律的静坐不但能够缓解人的精神压力，而且还能有效治疗心脏病、高血压、焦虑、沮丧、失眠、不孕等疾病。更为重要的是，静坐能够增强人的免疫力。
3、清理你的壁橱。
如果你的壁橱里还有两年之内没有穿过的衣服，那么请你扔掉它或者把它们捐献出去。清理出你真正的“财富”，当你需要穿某件衣服的时候你就能马上找到它们。
4、把不用的东西捐出去。
如果你有一些已经用不上的东西，你可以将这些东西捐献给慈善机构。
5、整理你的相片。
把你以前拍的照片从鞋盒子或者其他角落找出来，把它们装进漂亮的影集或者相框里，这样它们将能够保持更长的时间，你就可以在未来尽情地享受它们。
6、物品要分类放置。
要随着季节的变化放置你的休闲用品，例如，要把雪橇和风雪大衣放置在一块，把沙滩伞和潜水服放在一起。
7、把东西打包保存。
鞋盒并不仅仅能够用来装鞋，你可以将一些零碎的日用品放在鞋盒里，并在盒子上标上记号，这样就能够方便你下次使用。
8、去俾斯麦体验新生活。
美国北达科他州的首府俾斯麦，这是一个只有5.7万人口的小地方，但这里犯罪率低、学校教育质量高、经济发展稳定、失业率低。在这个城镇，你可以花费很少的钱就能够租到漂亮的房子，你可以在这里享受晴朗的蓝天、便利的娱乐休闲设施和可口的美食。最为重要的是，这里的生活压力非常小。换句话说，这里简直就是一个适合生活的天堂。如果你出于各种原因而不能移居到这里的话，那你就找个时间来这里度假，体验一下这里的幸福生活。
9、从家务中解放出来。
美国妇女每年要花费358个小时做家务，学会享受不太干净的生活，偶尔偷懒一次不干家务，你将会有更多的休闲时间。
10、丢掉现在的工作。
约翰．多利是一名年仅28岁的银行家，如果按大多数人的衡量标准，他是一个成功人士。但谁又能知道他的痛苦呢？劳累过度已经使他的身体各个器官严重“老化”。而当辞去工作之后，他每天就在中央公园溜达溜达，看看诸如“诚实：我一生中最幸福的时刻”的书籍。
多利说：“丢掉工作意味着解放。你将会变得心胸开阔，你将有时间聆听你内心的声音，你将能够听到许多你以前不可能听到的声音。”
保持清醒
11、锻炼你的大脑。
科学家此前一直认为，人的脑袋就像是一棵卷心菜。一个20岁左右的头脑，将不会在未来的时间里继续“成长”。从20岁开始，人的头脑就开始不可避免地衰退：决断力下降、记忆力减退等等，在80岁左右的时候，人的脑袋就和泡菜差不多了。
在上个世纪60年代以前，科学家还坚持认为，成年人的大脑不会再有新的神经原长出来。但是在1988年之后，科学家已经掌握了具体的证据证明成年人的大脑经过锻炼之后还能生长出新的神经元。
成年人脑袋的这种“继续成长”源自“娱乐”。比如玩《纽约时报》的“纵横拼字谜”、打高尔夫、打台球等等。
所以，加强“使用你的大脑”，如果你不使用它的话，它就会僵化、甚至“生锈”。
12、种一棵树。
每年种植一棵树木不但能够美化你的居住环境，而且还能给你带来意想不到的好处。园艺专家理查德．马丁称：“你的身体会对你周围的植物起反应。如果你专注于你周围的绿色植被的话，你将会感觉到压力减轻了，心情愉快了，你的免疫力也增强了。”
13、和孩子一起做游戏。
科学家认为，花时间和孩子一起做游戏能够提高成年人的记忆力和认知能力。比如时下流行的游戏“鸭鸭鹅”等，和孩子一起玩耍还能够使我们更长寿。
14、听听流行音乐。
我们在年轻的时候都喜欢流行音乐，但随着年龄的增长，我们似乎被这个世界抛弃了。不懂得如今流行什么音乐，和年轻人没有共同的话题，这些都是困扰那些有了孩子的父母的难题。
如果你不想自己老得更快，何不去尝试听听当今的流行音乐，你也在聆听中变得年轻了。
15、多读书。
不要为提高你脑子内部的活动能力而去读书，也不要为了和别人比起来你更有知识而去读书，不要仅仅为了更多地了解这个世界去读书。这是因为，读书是一个人一生中最惬意的享受，这样惬意的享受使得我们的生活更有意义。
16、多陪陪你的爱人。
美国一位经济学家在研究之后称，良好的家庭和美满的夫妻生活比一个年薪5万美元的工作更令人感到幸福。
所以，有专家建议，在辛苦的工作之余多花时间陪陪你的爱人，家庭给你精神上的愉悦和幸福比你任何重要的工作都要重要。
未雨绸缪
17、学会储蓄。
和减肥相比，理财是一个看起来容易其实又不太容易做的事情。
那么就从储蓄开始吧。如果你每周能够储蓄20美元、每年以5％的比率提高的话，你在30年后将有近7.3万美元的储蓄。
18、优化投资比例。
你无法左右股市交易，但你可以左右自己的投资分配比例。专家建议，在投资理财中要合理利用各种渠道。如果你不知道到底应该在股市投资多少、在地产投资多少、在保险投资多少的话，你可以向那些专业的投资公司请教。
19、重新评估投资领域。
在每一年的年末，你都需要对你上一年的投资领域进行重新评估。看看哪些热门领域还可以继续投资，而哪些领域要适可而止。更为重要的是，你要从中评估出那些潜在的、收益丰厚的投资领域，以便在新的一年在这个领域有所作为。
20、暂时冻结你的信用卡。
把你的信用卡放在一个塑料袋里，然后把这个塑料袋放在水里冷冻上。当你有了“挥霍”的欲望的时候，你起码要等到冰块融化。
21、存一笔应急的钱。
人有生老病死，月有阴晴圆缺。你要有一个财政危机的预防措施，以便出现财政赤字时不会措手不及。
22、控制你的信用风险。
在使用信用卡的时候，要量力而行。
23、制定应对紧急状况方案。
洪水、飓风、龙卷风、地震等不可抗性灾难不知道什么时候会降临，我们的财产甚至生命都将受到严重的威胁，与其坐以待毙不如提早采取措施预防。一旦灾难降临，你要能够做到在此后的72小时之内存活下来。

24、电脑数据分类、备份。
在很长一段时间之后，你往往会忘记到底把女儿的照片存在哪里了。如果你把存储的数据信息进行分类备份，按照信息的性质或者其他标准把数据分门别类地存储，在你需要的时候，你就可以轻而易举地找到它们。
25、把书籍、档案、材料归类。
你可能有过这样的尴尬：当你需要重新确认你的信用卡对账单的时候，你却实在想不起来你到底把它放在哪里了。我们日常生活中的许多收据、发票、账单以及各种书籍材料，往往都被我们随心所欲地放置在某个地方，而当我们需要它们的时候，却时常不知道应该到哪里去寻找。所以，把这些东西归类放置是一个不错的方法。
身体是本钱
26、多走楼梯少坐电梯。
你的健康是你最宝贵的财富，但人们似乎对健康的重要性还停留在口头上说说而已。当然，从现在开始也不算晚。
专家建议，如果你没有固定的大量时间去锻炼身体的话，那就改变一些你的日常生活习惯。比如，走楼梯不要坐电梯、把车停在距离你目的地较远的地方然后步行前往、遛狗等等。
大多数人每天步行不到3000步，而如果你每天能够步行1公里的话，你会发现你的身体真的在慢慢发生变化。所以专家表示，锻炼并不是一件难事，只要你稍微改变一下你的生活方式，你就能够从中得到锻炼的目的。
27、早睡早起。
最新的研究发现，一个良好的睡眠将给你第二天的工作生活提供充沛的体力，甚至还能够起到减肥的作用呢。
28、戒烟。
吸烟的确不是什么好习惯。调查显示，美国每年有43万人因为吸烟而引起的疾病死亡，另外吸烟还容易导致糖尿病、哮喘症等。
也许你以前就曾经试图戒烟，但你失败了。
为什么不在这一年里成功实现戒烟的目的呢？美国很多州都开设帮助吸烟者戒烟的网站，而且还能够提供在线或者电话服务。
当然，你不要试图一两天就能够戒除烟瘾。要按步骤去做，把烟灰缸放得远一些，身上不要带太多的香烟，和那些不吸烟的朋友呆在一起等等。

50、宽恕他人。

1、瘦身时，最好不要为了扩大内存而删除过多的文件，把图片铃身视频删了就可以了，虽然可以安全达到8M多，但是总有些小瑕疵，让小E不那么完美了，出现的情况如下：聊天室功能消失，韵律灯失效，进不了铃音明细（可以修复），选择铃声时不能循环浏览，混音器进不了，播放MP3时来电无声音提示……等等。有TF卡来存东西，手机本身的内存无须太大。
2、切记不要在开机状态下强取电池。这样会影响手机与电池的电流，导致屏幕有横杠（黑屏时，如播放MP3时，有文字的那一行会有一跨越屏幕横向的整条异色杠，如出现这种情况，可以选MOTO面板，背景色会变成兰色，减少横杠出现的几率）
3、取电池不要磕，可以用胶布绕电池一圈，留个“拉手”，取的时候一拉就行。
4、座充充电不要超过12个小时，我就烧坏过一块原装电池。
5、直充充电时，注意不要碰到接口，容易导致接触不良。
6、有时候，屏幕跟不上操作的时候（有点象假死），不要急，等几秒钟就会恢复，千万不要急着长按关机键或强取电池。
7、最好把移动QQ功能加锁，否则十分容易误申请移动QQ服务，我已经误申请过3次了，每次扣了我5元。具体步骤：设置--保密设置--锁定应用--输入密码--移动QQ--锁定。
8、用MOTOKIT修改音量的时候，不要超过4格，有位仁兄以身试法，改成10格，结果3D环绕低音喇叭坏了，硬件的损坏是很惨痛的！
9、经常清除屏幕周围，听筒，摄象头，键盘的灰尘，以免长期累积成灾，导致不可想象的后果。
10、建议把右手大拇指的指甲剪成最短（左撇子剪左手），以保护小E的键盘。另外小E由于是磨沙外壳，容易沾汗和灰尘，注意保持个人卫生，特别是手的卫生。
11、 实现来电防火墙功能：
菜单里的"设置"-->"保密设置"-->"呼叫限制"
这时提示需要输入密码,通常原始密码是"0000"或"1234"
再不行就试试"000000"
密码输入后出现两个选项:
①禁止呼出
②禁止呼入
无论选择哪个,都会提示:"允许使用:_____"
按确定进入,
有三个选项:
1.全部
2.无
3.通信录
选择第二个"无"
注意把"禁止呼入"和"禁止呼出"都改为第二个"无"
OK~!
12、修改开关机画面后出错，是因为使用MOTOKIT后,修改了开关机画面,由于MOTOKIT本身不支持E398型号的开关机画面修改,因此你强行修改后会出现开关机都出现白屏的现象,需要按一下关机键才能正常开/关机。
你再打开MOTOKIT,把自定义开/关机画面前的勾去掉,然后选择"保留原始开/关机画面",按确定再重启手机即可。
13、自动键盘锁，小E 的硬伤,不治绝症.只能按菜单键后再按*键，记住动作要快。
14、你当初开这个帖的时候没有考虑到全国各地人民对大庆的传统印象和神秘的好奇感,如果考虑到了 你会修改你的所在社区再来发帖。
15、老是有人在论坛问小E怎么突然没声音了，5种可能:
①连接扬声器的线路坏了
②或者你调成静音了 按侧键试试
③要么你突发性耳聋
④不然就是你在欺骗我们
⑤难道是我看错了??????????
16、把手机距离手掌10cm时垂直落下用手接住，明显感觉手机里好像有一根弹簧在动。轻轻的拍打E398,也会有这种感觉.那是因为YAMAHA芯片的构造和材质造成的弹簧震动。不要认为是里面零件掉了。
17、至于究竟E398还存在不存在通过软件版本的更改或JAVA程序的应用来实现视频拍摄的理论?现在V398版本已经实现了，可是不稳定，不推荐刷。
18、有人问，要想398支持收音机,需要另配的FM耳机是什么牌子大概售价是多少。
手机耳机的兼容性没那么好，尤其是带FM的耳机，只有MOTO原装的才能适用。而目前市面上还没有其他牌子组装的E398 FM耳机出售，我朋友的V303 FM耳机花198元买的，估计E398的也差不多。
19、播放MP3时，新建一个播放列表，把要听的歌曲打勾标记。
听歌的时候 就这个播放列表听 就可以自动按顺序一首一首播放了
20、水货机一般配的都是组装电池，不是原厂的，因此标记并不重要，只要电压伏数相符合就可以了，E398的是3.6付的电压，860毫安的容量（也有550毫安的小容量E398电池）。
电池上标明的是 FINISHED IN CHINA （中国组装）
而不是 MADE IN CHINA （中国制造）
21、在输入过程中，按一次“0”可以选择大符号，连按两次“0”选择小符号。
22、小E的一个BUG：如用索爱K700发THM格式（或其他不支持的格式文件）的主题（通过蓝牙发送）给E398的时候 如果你选择接受，立刻就黑屏，自动重启手机。
23、尚待挖掘。
在此要十分感谢这两天为我误删文件导致部分功能无法使用而担心和帮忙的各位大虾。你们积极的心态和良好的作风,很大程度上对E398甚至是MOTO给予了极大支持,使得E398在与K700,6230的艰苦比拼竞争中拔得头筹,抢尽风头,大占优势!相信E398能成为真正的街机,因为本人认为E398是目前天下最具性价比的移动电话!

宝洁的面试由8个核心问题组成：

*There were too many English corners. Another one was unneccessaty. The facts I made use:
*Our dean approved this proposal.
*Our partner was willing to provide financial assistantship. And our members volunteered to design the details of the plan and implement it.
*The poll showed that the current English corners did not meet the students’ requirement and lacked uniqueness. The result: Others were convinced and we founded the English Garden successfully.

Background: In the military training, we hold a Military Songs Competition.
Working procedure:

The innovative idea I produced: To simulat a board meeting of a company, in which our candidates debated the feasibility of selling modern fitness equipment according to the market information they collected.
The result: The contest was hold based on my proposal.
７、Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by focusing on the most important priorities.
Background: On one morning when our promotion month first began, I found that the inventories in some department stores were not adequate.
My assessment of the situation: The four promoting stores were not very far from each other, and the time they opened was not the same. It was possible to fetch some stock from another store and made up for it later.
The priorities: To satisfy the stocking demand of the store which had the largest number of customers.
８、Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical application.
Background: In the inverstigation of customers’ opinions about the taste of a new kind of beer, I found that the questionnaire form was out of date and limited the freedom of the responsers’ choices.
