<P><FONT color=#0000ff>双菇凉瓜丝<BR></FONT>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" color=#a52a2a>原料：凉瓜(即苦瓜)150克，香菇100克，金针菇100克，姜、酱油、糖、香油适量。 <BR>　　制作方法：<BR>　　(1)将凉瓜顺丝切成细丝，姜片切成细丝；<BR>　　(2)香菇浸软切丝，金针菇切去尾端洗净；<BR>　　(3)油爆姜丝后，加入凉瓜丝、冬菇丝及盐，同炒至凉瓜丝变软；<BR>　　(4)将金针菇加入同炒，加入调味料炒匀即可食用。 <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 功效：香菇、金针菇能降低胆固醇；凉瓜富含纤维素，可减少脂肪吸收。<BR></FONT>　　<BR><FONT color=#0000ff>香菇豆腐</FONT><BR>　　<FONT color=#006400>原料：豆腐300克，香菇3只，榨菜、酱油、糖、香油、淀粉适量。<BR>　　制作方法：<BR>　　(1)将豆腐切成四方小块，中心挖空；<BR>　　(2)将洗净泡软的香菇剁碎，榨菜剁碎，加入调味料及淀粉拌匀即为馅料；<BR>　　(3)将馅料酿入豆腐中心，摆在碟上蒸熟，淋上香油、酱油即可食用。<BR>　　功效：香菇可降低胆固醇，豆腐有利减肥。 <BR></FONT>　　</P>
