Right now,falling property value is a big warry for millions of families.Some peopel who borrowed more for houses than they should have or took out loans with rising payment may loose their homes.This week,researchers from Pure Trearitable Trusts predicted that 3% of all home owners will be in forclosure in the next few years.This would be the results of high cause subprime loan made in 2005 and 2006.And the effcets on local property values.Problems can be found nationally though some areas and neighborhoods are more effected than others.Hiliary Cliton proposes to stop foreclosure for at lest 90 days and freeze interest rates on the justable rate mortgages for 5 years.She also proposes 30,000,000 billion dollars in aid to help States prevent forclosure. Barack Obama's plans for 10 billion dollars for home owners' aid.Last month,Joe McCain said it is not the duty of goverment to boycott and reward those who act irresponsibly wether they are big banks or samlls borrowers.But now he proposes to let some home owners replace their subprime mortgages with Federally guaranteed loans.His campaign says the plan would help up to 400,000 home owners.
