A Senate Committee is sending President Bush a rebuke. The Foreign Relations Committee passed a resolution rejecting his plan to send more troops to Iraq. The vote was 12-9. One Republican voted for the nonbinding resolution. The resolution could come up for a full Senate vote next week.
