最近一直有空扑腾，同时进了超过三十个扣扣群，清一色都是英语类的。大开眼界。才知道还是有那么一些群在欢快地用着群邮件这记杀手锏时不时地骚扰群众的。群邮件是个很有趣的东西，即便是一年以前发送的广播，而你刚刚才加入这个群或者才激活你的扣扣邮箱，只要有某位群众又回复了这条广播，那么你就能看到这条广播的原文及其过去这一年里的所有回复。话说回来，今天突发奇想要写个半截头，倒不是因为这个。

自己也弄了个英语口语群，去年末月刚刚开始吧，还没有多少人马。每天为了保持团队的先进性，一有空儿就要瞅瞅又有谁好久没开腔了。倒也没有更好的办法，因为依例总是可以潜水的。找上门去单独谈话？也不大现实，毕竟大家都是独立责任人了，而且这个纯属业余爱好，不适合上纲上线地追亡逐北。于是就只能默默地辞旧，想想这些或一度鲜活或向来低调的角色，在这小台子上一个轻浮华丽的转身就转世投胎般相忘于江湖了，实在也是没有办法的事情。可是这样想得多了，冷不丁今天突然眼前大亮：群里何必要有长生大仙呢？各个曾经的鲜活拼凑起来，不就是一块喧嚣流动的清明上河图么？！营盘如铁兵如水，诚不我欺。

We've got something new in the Read Read Hall for quite a few days. We've even got some new members (RRNs, short for Read Read No) most recently. The members here, however, are still facing a great shortage of stimulants. The good thing is, we don't have to put ourselves together to form a simple single solid shape; rather, we may well enjoy ourselves within nine different groups, each of which has a corresponding individualized Chinese character as its name. But all of these seem to be trivial compared with what brought by some new members. When they started to talk to the microphone on the UC platform, we all know that this is supposed to be the proper way for a language to make a living in the real life. Unfortunately we haven't got much communication like this as yet, though many of us have a fairly strong intention to improve their speaking skills. The nine doors in the hall will subdivide the big house into smaller units, providing us a better organization to stay together, mentally via the Internet. Theoretically we'll have nine doormen soon. Yeah, still expecting...

看了一篇谈讲太玄经的数学模式的文章，玩了一下帕斯卡金字塔，居然自己搭起来了，于是未免有些顾盼自雄。想到念念堂里人头攒动，难以约束，不如就偷师杨雄，也来个阶级排列吧。说到三三之数，自然得推“临兵斗者皆阵列在前”这九字最为名动江湖。或谓马晓玲捉僵尸也念这句偈，那是她就象到了北海道还穿着超短裙赛雪一般赶时髦，却大可不必关僵尸们什么事；将士用命，上下齐心，倒是我们近期颇可以翻翻滚滚地追求一阵的了。若按每组九人的话，现在的人数还有另加五成的增长空间。于是同大家小议了两句，定下来到三月底整编完毕。关键是方便归纳管理，编几句口诀也好记，更省得天天说来都是念念不啥的令闻者足栗了。

不过话又说回来，今天不肥（紫菜手撕）一进门就嚷嚷“这名单看下来多有气势啊多雄壮啊”，念念堂锋头之健果然有些个神形俱似震撼人心、人心所向、所向披靡。只是盛名之下其实难符，你让我大晴天上哪儿去看彩虹呢？咱还是快马加鞭地赶路要紧。

The time is 10am on the 19th day of March 2007. A lot of changes to the program which is so-called read read hall are being accumulated in the past few weeks. Since the relocation of my residence early last month, I have been away from the broadband network for up to 40 days. Now what I have got is simply the dial-up service, much steadier than it ever was before the broadband network has been made available to most people, still so slow that the voice chat over the Internet is quite unlikely to be an applicable option. Anyway I can get access to QQ around the clock, thus I have plenty of opportunities to share ideas and feelings with people in the group.

The current situation there is quite worrying, as currently not even a single person is able to provide to the group any support on a regular basis. What is worse, I don't even have a plan in my mind, though I still have enough interest in keeping reading the articles by myself every day. It seems to me the atmosphere in the group is already a bit too relaxed and is going to be even more relaxed in the following weeks, or months.

Eventually the end of Year 2005 is approaching, following the impending silent night with a time interval of a week of 7 days as it ever was. People around the world are simply getting annually excited, and again party becomes one of the key words of this period of time. My interest is also aroused within this context. It still seems to me to be a great mission to get people together on the Internet to have some audible practice of English regularly. Considering the situation 4 months ago, the people available now may well have an undisputable advantage in quantity. As a seasonal academic holiday, though short, is smiling to many of the hjbbs clients, an even brighter short-term prospect appears to be hard to resist.

自从开博以来，很少写些什么，当然时间其实不少，经常逛进新朋旧友的园子里也总遭遇奔来眼底的山洪一般的文稿，其时便有了一些讪讪，不过转眼蹙回自己的老窝来却又懒字且当头，万事成蹉跎了。想法还是有一些的，不过可诉诸键盘的却乏善可陈了许多。就拿这支队伍来说吧，虽然师出有名，但显然不曾云合景从，倒是一路之上，跌跌撞撞，靠着隔三差五地广播找人，勉强维持着最后一点有生力量。新人还在陆续出现着，不过绝不是涌现，顶多算是浮现，基本上是乍现。所以问题已经很明白，就是一场持久战。时间越久，知名度就越高，各个活动帖子上累积的各家之言就越多，对周围的吸引力也就越大。

坛坛其实是个心灵交汇之所。网网真正的魅力在于它突破了地域、阶层、个人偏好等外在条件的限制，使同时代的地球人能够轻易地彼此走近，达成精神力量的集结。虽然现在人们还受到语言的诸多限制，（第一、电脑的模糊技术还无法挑战并终结翻译这门行业；第二、人们的思想只有一部分能够用语言大致表达出来；第三、仅以这极为有限的一部分来说，能够各自流利使用同种语言的人们在交流时仍是常常你说我想，误会丛生；第四、人们的语言能力反过来又限制了思想的能力。）但跨越物理空间的简单连接使现代人能够比以往任何时代接触到远为丰富的信息和更为繁杂的各种观点，也更深入地体会到全球化和多元化的迫在眉睫，从求同去异走向求同存异。

在坛坛里办自助合作团队，这个伟大的创意早已不再新鲜，但是在具体的实现方式上仍有广阔的空间值得进一步探索。明天的壮丽发现必将来自于今天的摸黑试探。

The whole month is going to leave in a couple of days, becoming the newest part of the long history. And unfortunately I haven't got much to talk about even now, though the program has been running for two weeks plus. I do get an increasing number of members around here, but most of them tend to slip into silence one after another. This reminds me of the lyric of that famous movie theme song - "The Sound of Silence (Paul Simon)". Actually many of the members are quite strong at English, to the extent that I find it natural to call them tigers. The performance of these tigers on the program, however, is sometimes so weak as that of lambs. Hence another movie occurs to me now, "The Silence of the Lambs (1991)". That does not prove that the tigers are weak as well, because the program may call for much more time than they can afford. So I would like to wish them a happy tour with the program, as long as possible in the immediate future.
