This cartoon has been lying in my hardisk for a long time. It is recommended by my roomate. Originally I thought it was a cartoon that are produced for car-lovers but it is prooved wrong after I finished it yesterday.

The whole plot is described as below. A car named Lighting(Marquis or something alike) is a rookie car, who wants to be the winner of a race for racing car. But in a race, when he refused to change the tyre during the last few laps, he got a problem with his tyre during the last lap. Unfortunately, three winners showed up on the stage. As a result, they had to run another race in California. Before the final race, they have some time to practice in CA. Lighting wanted to be the winner and become the new face of the Company Dinoco so he asked a truck to drag him to CA. But at night, the truck slept and Lightning was thrown out of the tank. He could not find the way and accidentally ran into a small stop in Avenue 66 with the name of Spring Radiator. Moreover, he broke the road that led to the small stop. So the judge there punished him and the penalty was to repair the road.

At the start, he refused to do so and wanted to escape. Of coure he did not succeed because of the Doctor and the Sheriff in the stop. As a consequense, he had to be honest to get his job done. During the time, he made a lot of friends(just as other Disney Cartoons) and finally when he had done his job, the media came. So Lightning came back to CA. There was a big discovery in the stop that Lighting found that the Doctor was a winner of consecutive three cups of the race. But he declined Lighting's request to teach him racing techniques. In addition, the media found Lighting because of his call.

In the final race, Lighting can not cheer up. His spirit was low until he saw the team from Spring Radiator. The Doctor was the leader of this team to booste the morale of Lightning and the whole audience was boiling. They saw the legendary person back! In the final time, the winner was supposed to be Lighting. But because of Thundering, an old car was thrown out of the race track and was trapped in the lawn. Suddenly Lightening stopped. He walked to the old car and pushed him back to the track because he recalled the scene of the Doctor's failure in one race. That race made Doctor dissappear for 30 years. Lighting did not win, but everyone loved him in the end.

The movie is a typical Disney Cartoon because it tells us the simple reason in life. But it can trigger our thought, which is vital. Our society is becoming more and more complex. Sometimes even the most simple reason can be hoodwinked. The world of children is much more pure. I think everyone agrees that. So sometimes maybe we should learn something from children's thought. Disney's cartoon may not always try to attract the attention of kids, sometimes maybe grown-ups.
