Nowdays, more and more college students can not find jobs after their 
graduation. Although the job market provides lots of jobs for them
each year,they still can not find  proper one. Why? Many companies now require the students to have a diploma and have plenty of practical experience. The companies also need the people who has a series of skills, such as computer, English and so on. Many students think the salary of the job is fewer than before. Thay can not accept it. Because they have received advanced education. And they are unwilling to look for a job in a small company. They think
 the samll company is too small for them to promote.
  For my part, the best way to find a job is to improve the qualities and the abilities of yourself. Before looking for a job, you should have a good  command of two skills at least. If you think you have not enough skills,you can attend some training courses before you go to fian a job. Or you can go abroad to accept further education if you have enough money.
 So, you will be competent to the job if you work hard and master some skiis.
