A: Good afternoon! This is John Water from Lenov Hong Kong.
I'm sorrry to phone you, but would you like to tell me if you've
received our October shipment?
B: Yes ,we have.
A: Would you mind telling me when it arrived?
B: It arrived on the 30th of October.
A: 1 所有的货都齐全了吧,收据也接到了吧?
B: Yes ,sure.
A: Have you paid the invoice for the last shipment yet?
B: We're sorry that we failed to...
A: Ah, I see. Look, 2 我们没有你们付款的记录, 我们部门有些着急了.
B: We are terribly sorry for this late payment.
3 你们能宽限些时间吗? 我们目前资金紧张.
A: Can we just ask what has happened?
B: 4 主要是我们的客户资金困难.我们到期的帐很难收回来．
We understand exactly how you feel.
A: Oh, I see. We can grant you another two weeks' credit,
but will you see to it that we receive your check by the end of November
at the latest?
B: Oh, yes ,yes.
A: We'd like you to know that we might revise the conditions of payment
for future orders otherwise, or you can seek other bidders.
B: Yes, we will certainly do our best and thank you for your kindness.
A: 5 鉴于我们有长期的合作关系, 虽然你们面临困难, 我们仍希望你们成为我们的固定客户.

Are all the items you ordered included and have you received our invoice as well?

We have no record of your payment and our department was getting a little worried.
3 你们能宽限些时间吗? 我们目前资金紧张.
Could we ask for an extension of credit, as money is really tight for the moment.
4 主要是我们的客户资金困难.我们到期的帐很难收回来．
The major problem is that our own customers are undergoing a difficult period.
We have a lot of outstanding accounts to process.
5 鉴于我们有长期的合作关系, 虽然你们面临困难, 我们仍希望你们成为我们的固定客户.　
In view of our long-term cooperation, we still hope to keep you as our regular customer
despite any troubles you may be having.
