这点就是我们做这个项目的时候想引导大家的。其实这个问题应该在大二的时候就开始尝试，并开始操作。到大四的时候就知道自己能做什么，该做什么了。

是啊，开始的晚了点，仓促之间也不敢下重要的决定呢。
本来想随波逐流，随便找一个工作走了的，上了您的课才让我有了一点不妨一拼的打算。
或者，还是一个需要机遇的过程吧，先想个假想敌把该做的作业做完，一步步来吧。我确实是比大家晚了呢。

5.Q3：Describe your main academic and non-academic extra curricular activities.[Deutsche Bank]
A: As to my main academic curricular activities, I attach much importance to the academic lecture in order to master more professional knowledge. I almost attended one or two lecture once a week in our university, such as ‘Personal Finance Comes into Modern Life’, ‘The Analysis for the Accountancy Information Cost and Benefit’, etc. I think as long as mastering more professional knowledge and learning more advanced information ,you will adapt to your work rapidly and work efficiently in the future. As to my non-academic extra curricular activities, I prefer to stamp collection. In my opinion, stamp collection is a long-term task which need perseverance. It’s perseverance that keeps me continually collect more valuable and admirable stamps which always cannot be bought in the post. Therefore , in the working field perseverance is fundamental to any one ,especially in the bank where you always undertake heavy work and pressures.

A :Most of my classmates would describe me in these words :unique vision ,teamwork ,creative ,active and stubborn.
Once, our Chemical industry principle experiment was broken off because the water box was full. Someone went to ask for help when others trying to take water out. But I use a mop-stike to make the water outlet of box clear and finish the experiment,so others thought me had a unique vision .I have a lot of new ideas and like to show them to others .That make me able to lead a team to won the first prize of a robot competition of my univercity, by a new walk way .Also,I'm stubborn .When others didn't admit my ideas,I would agree with him in one time, then tried to persuade him in the rest days.

1-Q4: if u r asked to recruit the best graduates for Shell, what would u do to attract them? What would u do to select them? <Shell>

A: I think “Shell” itself is already an appeal for graduates. And for me, if I had a chance to recruit for Shell, I would highlight the word “innovation” when representing the company culture to graduates. Because for those young job seekers who have a lot of creative ideas and ambition, “innovation” would be an inspiring word. Besides, I would give them as much opportunities as I could such as some competitions to let them fully demonstrate their own ability and talents. And if I had a chance to select them, I would first see whether they have social responsibility or not. For me myself, I always concern the pollution problems and the news about more sustainable use of energy, which I know is the goal of Shell. And I would also consider “innovation” as a key attribute among the graduates. I remember when I was in my freshman year, my professor asked us to do the culture representation for the Spanish class. I was the group leader at that time and I knew that usually presentations just required power points. But I thought showing the real stuff would be more interesting. So our group did the Mexican food as the topic and we actually brought some real food into the class to let our audience taste them. And the presentation turned out to be so creative that our professor gave us full marks for the presentation. Even our classmates were surprising and pleased. That was when I realize every little thing has space to be innovated. A smart innovation can be a step to perfection, and it would motivate the whole company to give more creative ideas as well.

4-Q1:How would you describe the ideal job for following graduation?<SISC>

A:When it comes to the ideal job, I’d like to take on a job related to project management. As we all know, project management integrate technical and managerial skills, which is fairly in line with the character of my major, urban transportation operational management. When I was a sophomore, I joined a team organized by our college to establish an information management system for urban transportation transference. During the whole process, I have cultivated team spirit and a sense of responsibility. It is inevitable to encounter difficulties and challenges, however, I have learned to calm down, then communicate with other team members and grapple with the problems together. Although it is a small project, it has a positive impact on my career planning.
Being engaged in a project of a multi-national corporation, which remains at the forefront of its field, often add more likelihood to gain the great opportunities for comprehensive and professional training. It is essential for a graduate to improve the learning ability and stimulate the passion for work. Also it offer more chance to spark creativity and innovation. Therefore, project management involves a high level of various competence, and it give more room for career development.

4-Q2 What are your short and long term goals?

In short terms ,I want to have a stable job,and want a good start in a company like yours.Also I hope I can learn something what I can't learn in collage,in order to improve my skills and capabilities.

What's your motivation for applying for SISC(西门子国际学生圈）?

The SISC has a reputation of creativity and professional concepts among university students. Young talents are here to seek companions in the same camp with great vision, energy and long-term goals.

As for me, the unity of gifted young people, the collision of thoughts and the joy of discovery are very appealing to me. Furthermore, the view and understanding of modern corporations is also of great importance to today's undergrads who have not yet entered the jungle of society.

These are all what I’m expect to seek here, and I believe with my active thinking pattern as well as my energetic working pattern, I am going to add more color to the buildup of SISC.

Actually, my mother had discussed this topic with me several days ago. In her mind, the most precious virtue I have is respecting the senior and tradition. Respecting means much more than satisfying their various demands in daily life and reaching their expectations, as far as I concerned. Respecting also includes willing to adopt their advices and apply them into practice with my own innovation, because it is out of their good will that the senior told me their experience and skills, believing these advices would help me. For example, I have learnt a lot of cooking skills from my family members. I found that their recipe were golden rules on helping me out of making mistakes most of the time, while sometimes, some of the rules would turn my dishes into a disaster and I had to develop my own style. What I have learnt from this case is: respecting the senior, adopting their advices, but never lost my own mind.

As for my friends, they think I am good at planning. It’s not only because I am always the organizer of our reunion activities, but also I was in three important positions in three different student organizations simultaneously for one year, as it was showed on my resume. During the whole year, I was used to arrange things in order for my teams, make time to attend most of the meetings and avoid making any mistakes, meanwhile I did not want to give up my study in Economics. Although the schedule I set for myself was always tight, fortunately, however, I had done a good job, and schoolmates and teachers from those groups were satisfied with my work.

As we all know,one of KPMG’s culture is to take the social responsibility and pay back to the society.It requirs our passion and warm hearts.Though the social work we can strength our experiences and communication skills.That’s why I want to have a assisstant job in your company.I’m a energetic guy.I used to be a volunteer of Shanghai Ocean Aquarium.I explained to the tourists how the animals beyond them live and what their habits and food are.Also answered the tourists the basic question like “where is the W.C.” in very kind way is within my responsibility.I needed to stand up in nearly the whole workhour.It asked me to remain kindness and passion for a long time.With my help the tourists can have a wonderful travelling and can’t waste some unnecessary time.In my side I obtained the communcation skills and could benefit others a lot.So I will give my first priority to helping others with my full passion.

How do you think a friend or professor who knows you well would describle you?
Well, if you want to know about me, ask her(a girl lived with me for 3years), or her( a beautiful lady who have taught me for 3years ).Why? I dare say, they know me far more than my family members,of course, mainly in the aspects of my study and work, in additon to daily life.
when you ask my professor(the laddy) , what’s her impression on me? I am sure she will say like this:Firstly, Danny is a top A student, she is so interested in English that I ever saw a person who was so crazy about it. However, at the same time ,she can recreat herself very well, she can grab both study and entertainment. On the other hand , Danny has an excellent leadership, as the monitor of the class,she is very responsible, aranges everything well and tries her best to help classmates and teachers energeticly and enthusiasticly whenever and wherver, even if she is not on campus , when I need her help,she will seek for other channels , such as ,ask her good friends or classmates who are available to give a hand. In addition, she is really very confident and approachable, that’s why she has so many good friends from both outside and inside. All these charactors make me believe that she is quite qualified for a job as an English teacher in Only English, thus, I recommended her to the Dean (a good friend and college classmate of mine) of Only English, and she didn’t let me down, cause she made it and did a wonderful job.
Then, what would the girl talk about me ? well, the followings will be her words. First and foremost, Danny is a person who understand quite a lot about private and work things, she has ever and will never mix them up. As you see, she is the monitor of our class, when we were sophomores, to meet school’s enquirment, each class should select 2 students to get trained and to join the Chinese Party, by the relationship between us, absolutely we can be chosen directly ,not by the unneccessary difficult process of voting in class. However, she didn’t do it, instead, she organized a class meeting and select these 2 students publicly. Meanwhile, she is a very warm-hearted girl. Once I got a heavy headache at midnight, all the cliniks were closed, and the school gate was also locked , when I was stuggling against the headache, she gave me the pills, I didn’t know how she handled the gatekeeper and the medicine shopkeeper, in a word , I was moved and burst into tears by his warm heart, from that moment, I swared to god, she is the girl I am to cherish for life!
