在沪江上看到一个贴子“ways to improve your life”，这是主持人的意见，我觉得我没有什么可向大家提的好意见，因为我还急切需要别人的指导，于是把主持人的贴子学习了一遍，有点收获。

1.cherish the world ——yes, I do, I cherish nature mother and this world
2. be happy ——this is a relatively challenging part to me ,I am blue sometimes
3. exercise daily ——shamed, I was lazy and I will do
4.dine with your family ——I wish I could, coz I am in another city far from home
5. drink tea —— sure, I like tea
6. confess your love —— love to my family and friends
7. maintain your relationships ——I am trying, not very good at network
8. dare to be different ——I am a conventional girl, but I want to be different
9. join a book club ——yes , on line club
10. learn to play a musical instrument ——that a old dream of mine, but seems no time to fulfill this dream, how pity it is.
11. go teach free once a week ——teaching a process with learning
12. lose the high heels ——I am tall , usually do without high heels
13. keep a diary —— no, I don’t have this good habit
14. respect your rivals —— keep your friends close and keep your enemy closer
15. study the stars and sky —— really? My city is bright over night and without stars, in daytime, its air is polluted ,so most of days are dull.
16. carve out a memory for a friend —— positive, I want to know different people and make friends with them
17. be a good prarent —— I think I will be though It is still far
18. enjoy home cooking —— yes, I am a good cook, chef in my family
19. teach a teenager to appreciate life ——I didn’t , but I will thin about this
20. earn your way to college —— yes ,I am on my way in education
21. love your significant other —— I haven’t got one now
22. visit an exotic destination ——haven’t gone abroad , but I like traveling and visited some places in China.
23. unplug the TV —— why? I like sports and film channels
24. take a trip to the countryside —— once a year , coz my grandma lived in a small village
25. coach your kid’s sports team —— I will , and I am visualizing that .
26. plant a tree —— I did in high school, but not in recent years
27. visit your teachers ——yes , every vocation I visited my favorite teachers and share my joy and achievements with them
28. help renovate your local park —— never did , and will look for such a chance

30. appreciate different cultures —— sure, it is my interest

33. donate books to schools —— no, It is beyond which I can afford ,I am in need of books, I am a student.

42. walk on a glacier while you still can —— I did when I was young, it is impressive
