President Bush says he wants U.S troops out of Iraq as well, but only when the government there is re better able to handling its own security.

Mr. Bush vetoed the legislation on the fourth anniversary of this much publicized experience on the craft USS Abraham Lincoln. Andrew B ,which read mission accomplished, at the time , he told the sailors that they freed Iraq and made American more secure.
