Some don't understand that. This is the highly motion issue."But Mr. Bush valed that White House would stay in gauge with Congress on issue that is the top priority for him."They will take a lot of hard work, a lot of effort, with that convincing American people that this bill is the best way to enforce our border. I believe without the bill, it's gonna be harder to enforce the border. Christopher Hill, US system secretary states that a banking transfer that had held up North Korean Nuclear Diplomacy for months is likely to be resolved by Monday. He says about 20 million dollars in North Korean funds has been transferred out of Macao's Bank of Delta Asia to a bank in Russia where only a technical issues are holding up a final transfer into a North Korean account. Hill, the US representative of the six nation talks in the ending North Korea's nulcear weapon programs is in Mongolia for a conference. He is expected to visit Beijing, Seoul and Tokyo over the next week for talks in getting a crucial February agreement back on track. North Korea promised in February to shut down its main nuclear production facility by mid-April, a preliminary step toward full abandonment of its nuclear weapons. Kong Jang Mi's deadline, however, is said to take no action until the Bank of Delta Asia money which belongs to the North Korea but was frozen in Macao by US action have been transferred to its custany. After a month delay, the money has finally made its path from Russian bank, apparently only one step away from North Korea's hands.
