一级预测(Highly Possible)：政府决策类

入选理由：连续考了两次青少年教育类话题，不太可能再考第三次了（历年很少出现这种情况），因此另一大最常考Topic政府决策类话题可望迎来强势回归。

推荐练习真题：Good health is basic human needs. Some people believe that medical service should be run by the government only. Others believe that private health-care companies should also be allowed to run medical service. Discuss the both viewpoints and give your own opinion.

二级预测(Possible): 意识形态类(抽象话题类)

入选理由：这是根据2006年的类似情况(连续两次考教育类)所做的预测。2006年6月－7月也出现过连续考教育类话题的情况(也是两次)，接下来考的就是意识形态话题(早期的科学技术和现代科技哪个对人类的生活影响更大)。

推荐练习真题: Some people believe that personal happiness is directly related to economic success. Others argue that happiness is a kind of personal feeling and has nothing to do with one's financial statues. Discuss the both viewpoints and give your own opinion.

三级预测(Fairly Possible): 社会现象类

入选理由：毕竟也是常考话题之一，稍微关注一下吧！

PS: 我看到有考生在3G雅思网问31号有没有可能考关于这次地震的题目，我的回答是：绝～对～不可能！的确有的时候剑桥委员会会根据时事编一些新的题目，但就算编出来也是今年9月份以后的事情了，绝对没有这么快的！5.31会考的作文题目是几个月就定好的，不会那么“随机应变”的。
