关键是认清主谓宾，不要小看了句子机构，往往我们有时被定状补所吸引，这是本末倒置的。现在没几天了，这个也不要花太多时间了，关键考试时别太急，时间有时会有充裕，看清楚再写

As time goes by, China has been a member of World Trade Organization for no less than four years. In the past four years, China has almost fulfilled all the promises made before its accession to WTO. Moreover, part of those promises have been realized in advance. On the most concerned issue of intellectual property rights, China has launched an amendment on its laws, investigated and punished large numbers of infringement, which have markedly come into effect. The central government has also made a thorough rearrangement of those administrative rules carried out by departments and commissions and local governments.

当美国的各个媒体开始为报导D日的庆祝而准备时，法国对美国在伊拉克打的这一仗的“宏伟姿态”变成了一个问题，且置疑者甚众。政府官员引经据典地说，也许——当然只是也许——法国总统会利用法国的这次援救作为一个充满诸多用意的机会：为美国在伊拉克的未来开一张空头支票，同时在本月末进行的权力交接予以支持。法国看上去似乎不大可能把这一天当作一个减清60年的陈年债务的机会。除了好听的演讲和一些确实味道不错的法式佳筵，我们不该期待法国把身处伊拉克的美国解救出来。

Most experts think the first priority in education reform is to change the courses and the way of appraising, which should not encourage students to study too hard ,however,without their own thoughts. They also point out, primary and middle school education should aim more at raising the comprehensive ablilty of students,especially spur them to ponder some foundimental issues like meaning of life or social responsiblity,than at feeding students with essential knowlege. 
And the key of education reform lies in overall agreement on such aims of education. 
our school should study these issues further in order to help direct students to form the right opinion about study via suitable materials and measures. If our school put emphasis only on knowlege not instuction on life values, there wouldn't come out the qusi-talents ready for social construction but machines for words and figures prosessing
