国际公约：国家、派别或军事力量之间的契约，尤指关于某一特定问题的国际公约，如战俘待遇
如解释为
General agreement on or acceptance of certain practices or attitudes:
惯例，习俗：对某种惯常做法或态度的一致同意或接受认可
介词用for
比如，强调仁爱、强调群体、强调天下为公，特别是“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”的爱国情操和吃苦耐劳、勤俭持家、尊师重教的传统美德。
