All the statistics can be categorized into three groups, with the rising, falling and swinging in the number of Master’s and Ph. D, Secondary, Bachelor’s respectively.
The employees with Secondary degrees occupied a great amount, with 60 in 1991, leaping into 18 after one decade. The number of Master’s degree, conversely, creeps up from 1991 to 1996, ending at 5, while dramatically surging to 25 in 2000. As to those who hold Bachelor’s degrees, attributing to the considerable increase in their number during the first five years, their popularity was more than two times as much as what it was in 1991, which led to the domination of the number of Bachelor’s during the following years, although it edged down in 2000. Moreover, not until 1996 had Ph. D made its debut, followed by its gentle booming.
What is worthy mentioning is that the requirement of high educational levels is keeping growing. On the other hand, the Bachelor’s was once regarded as a high degree, whereas it degraded in 2000.
