11：30分 今天的天气好热，中午下班后好好给自己和老公做了一顿午饭，糖醋鱼、炒辣椒和白米饭。
12：00分 吃得很舒服。
12：30分 午休一个小时，差点起不来床。
13：30分 去上班。

Half past eleven: It's hot today. After being off duty, I make a delicious lunch for my husband and me with rice ,capsicum fried and fish sweet and sour.
Twelve: We are well for the good lunch.
Half past twelve: I have a noon break for about one hour.I can hardly get up.
Half past thirteen: Go to work.
