"how to show myself", this issue is not a promblem for a lot of people.But it is difficult for me. The day before yesterday, i take part in a interview with the evering progress system(EPS).
    the cause of the failure,generlized, are the , unconfidential. unprepared. unexperienced.unfluneted oral ability.
so the failure is inevitable.
    Althogh the result of interview is disappointing, I learned a lot from. the most thing is that I have known my shortcoming.
    when i have another interview chance, i will know the most characterist is confidental, ane i should let the empoloyee know that i can fulfill my resposibility. i need not to be modest. only i show myself will I get the job.
    in addition to the unconfidential , the ability is very important. My starting point is lower than the other people. Although i work hard to improve my english ability, I have a lot to improve.beacause i wasted so much time during the university.
