and  Friday  authorize  nearly seven hundred billion dollars in military spending for 2008.
including nearly two hundred billion for the wars in Iraq and Afanhstain.
Congress authorizing money is not same as spending it that expected to happen in the coming week.
when some presidential xxx for Iraq,it is likely to be attachted to more than five hundred billion dollar goverment right spending xxx.
