After careful consideration and soul-searching, I have decided resign my position as CRA at KZ company. I assure you it is not an easy-decision to make.
Through one and half year working , I find that i am not appropriate to the position and the company's circumstance. and you have the same feeling as me. So, All of us think that i am not suitable for the work, resignation is the best opition.

I suggested an effective date of January 27. If, howerver, you would like more time to find a replacement, I am writing to extent that by two weeks. on the other hand, if you feel that earlier departure would be more conventient to you, i will certainly understand.

I cherish the experience i have received at KZ company, I'm confident that it will be very useful to me in my future career.
